I did get an error when I tried to pay with Paypal, it could be because the total was $0? If you get the same error, you will need to choose to enter your credit card info. Not sure why this is required since the total is $0, but you should not be charged anything.

Must called customer service after i got shippment confirmation and i saw higher charge- since i placed an order before i received an e- mail about 1.99 shipping only for orders $25 and more – they will accept it. Customer service rep- no propblems. Thanks again
got my confirmation email, says order total -.55 but got my ship confirmation email and it says total .55 without the neg. I will have to check my cc to see if they charged it.

I just got mine in the mail yesterday and it says I owe $2.98? I wouldn’t have gotten this if i had to pay for it. I got the coconut and shea lip balm thats it. Should I call the company or what? I know it may sound cheap but I dont buy lip balm for that in stores. It says my total was $2.99 with $4.99 shipping =$7.98 and $5.00 off coupon which leaves $2.98 balance? Anybody know what I should do? I havent opened it yet :/
