I did get an error when I tried to pay with Paypal, it could be because the total was $0? If you get the same error, you will need to choose to enter your credit card info. Not sure why this is required since the total is $0, but you should not be charged anything.

Nope, I couldn’t even get to the credit card screen when the error occurred. I finally got it to work and just used a credit card for reference.

I don’t think you can process with Paypal if your order is $0. I made an order that totaled $1.62 and I used Paypal to check out but not when my order was $0.

I bought the Burt’s Bees Lip Shimmer and I also had a problem with paypal, my total was $1.99 for shipping and for some reason my total went down to $0.00 when I entered my credit card… fingers crossed!
FYI there are razors, creams, face masks, soaps, vitamins for a very low price and good for this offer!!!
I didn’t want to use my CC information or use paypal, on the off chance that this free offer ended up being anything but, so I used a trick, but I have no clue if it’ll end up working. I selected JCB from the CC pull down menu and entered 16 zeros for the card number and 3 zeros for the identification number. Hopefully, the person that fulfills the order realizes that the order is $0.00, hence the absence of a valid CC. Since it’s free, I’m willing to give it a shot in exchange for peace of mind! 😀

I got my orders today. I’m assuming since they shipped my order they were honoring their mistake about the $1.99 promo code error. I did notice on the packing slip/sheet in the box that it did have an amount for total due (the difference between paying $1.99 for shipping and $4.99) but since I didn’t use my credit card and selected JCB from the CC pull down menu and entered 16 zeros for the card number and 3 zeros for the identification number there is no card for them to charge. I guess they are just sucking it up and taking the loss since it was their mistake.
Pay attention to the details when checking out….. it said receive a $5 when you sign up and so I signed up instead of checking out as a guest and it gave me another $5 promo coupon! WOW I hope our rders do not get canceled. Yay for free stuff if it works out.

When you go to your cart, to the right it says you have an offer. Click on it and it says $5 off. Click redeem and it should add the $5 off to your cart

I didn’t place my order before they changed the shipping code, so instead of ordering anything, I used the code to order five $1 donations to Vitamin Angels. They say that $1 can provide vitamins to four kids for an entire year, so I think supporting 20 kids for $5 (free) dollars is a better deal than anything else I would order there!

I just got an ‘Our Apologies: $1.99 shipping on $25 or more’ email from them. Looks like a mass email, and didn’t say anything specifically about my order. I emailed them because it is very confusing. Did my order not go through because they’ve changed this (due to the high volume on the site, I’m sure)? I never received a confirmation email after placing my order in the first place.

Yes, you now seem to need to place and order of $25 or more to get the 1.99 shipping, but it can be $25 BEFORE the extra $10 off. So still a good deal, esp since they have pretty good prices on things I wanted to get anyway! (like coconut oil and probiotics).
