Each time I try to watch the video for the photo canvas, it states that it is not available. Did anybody else have that problem, if so, what can I do to watch it and get the $50 credit? Thanks
I didn’t have that problem, but have you tried just directly going to the photo site & putting in the promo code at checkout? It doesn’t seem to be a credit for $50, but more a promo code that takes off $50 for each canvas you order. I did 3 8×10’s in one order. Worth a shot! Good luck
I have the same problem when I use Chrome. I have to watch the video values in explorer. Maybe try using a different browser. HTH

Does anyone know how long does one of these canvas prints take to get ready for in-store pickup?
Mine was supposed to take 13-17 days and I was able to order 2 with the code even though I didn’t get to watch the video.

I am having trouble getting the coupon code to go thru. It keeps giving me an error stating that this code is not valid for this type of picture. Is anyone else having this problem?
