    I signed up twice (two different emails) and never got a code for a $10 discount and never saw it on my account when I signed in. I only signed up twice to see if I did something wrong not to get the money twice. Guess they only do the 10 dollar sign up at certain times.

      I had that happen. Just call them and explain it. You can place another order with them on the phone and they will give you a ten dollar credit.

They also get a $10 credit when you make your purchase. Everyone wants to accumulate as many $10 credits as possible so they can get more almost-free stuff.

    I have been lucky enough to accumulate 3 $10 credits. I would like to know how to combine them into one order to receive free shipping. How do I use 3 different codes on one order\? Thanks josie

      on your rewards page you can see all your credits, then click the “create reward code” and it should lump them all together into one code and email it to you. if you do them separate you cannot stack them though so, I learned the hard way :(. If you have trouble use the live chat option and ask for help. I have done it many times!
