I entered all my payment info and then it crashed so i was unsure if I got it. I then got an email from them that says they noticed i was looking at the site and they gave me a disocunt code to go on there and order. I guess i did not get it. I cant use the code though because it is down. Oh well

I use e-giftcards all the time. You can use in the store or you can actually go online and transfer the balance onto an actual gift card if you so choose. You just to have already registered a card or have one you can register.

I’m confused on how to obtain the egift card. I was able to print the voucher from my account. However, I cannot go to the “redemption” link that Collin posted above. It is very confusing. Any help??

Open up the email that they send you with the confirmation and in that email there was a pdf link. I clicked on that and was able to print it. It has to be used 5/26/12. Hope that helps!

I had no issues going to the website. Try just entering in the URL yourself. That is what I did.
Type in the URL as www dot halfoffdepot.com/redemption
It will ask for your voucher code, which you got in your e-mail. Once you enter the code, you will be able to enter your shipping info even though it is a e-gift card. The e-gift card will be sent in 3-5 days to the e-mail you used when creating your account(according to the site)! HTH:)

Can you do your magic and contact whom ever you need to because this was very frustrating. It took me all day and still did not get the deal. The company did not have enough to support the sales. So it is totally there fault and should give the deal back to everyone that wasted their time on line to buy this deal.
They would still do well even if they post the deal for a few days.

Took the print out to Starbucks today and they could not scan the QR and told me they could not accept the voucher. This was in Columbia, SC. Has anyone else tried to use the print out?
did you print this directly from the order confirmation email, you first have to confirm the voucher on line and get the egc in an email a few days later

I did the same thing because that is what the paper that I printed said to do. I guess you have to go to halfoffdepot.com/redeption and enter the code that is listed in the right upper hand corner of the paper you printed out. Then they will e.mail you a gift card in a few days. It is definitely very confusing and not explained well at all. I was so frustrated earlier today since I tried doing at a Starbucks in Target and also at a stand alone Starbucks….

Me neither. I entered the voucher code for redemption on the halfoffdepot site (after trying to take it into a Starbucks to redeem it.) I think they say the ecard will be emailed to you 2-3 business days from when you “redeem” it (meaning enter the voucher code on their site.)
I havent received mine either and I’m worried – I just went to see the value of my voucher by going under my vouchers and it says redeemed – $0.00 balance :O this is not turning out well ..
