You shouldn’t of had too. I emailed Mamasource about it. It said shipping was included so I would have not done it till something got resolved. There is problem or something with the code they gave us to use. I’m waiting to here back from them.

The code still does not work. It never has worked. I have been in contact with the company. Trying to get it figured out.
I was informed that since I lived in Alabama that the free shipping was not possible with any code.
That’s not right. It says for anyone in the continental US. So whoever told you that is wrong.
“MOMFREE” code still not working
Mamasource just emailed me and said they are in communication about the issue, so I’m assuming their in communication with popcorn factory as to why the code isn’t working. So I would hold off on purchasing it until its fixed, unless you just wanna pay the $12 shipping, but your suppose to get free shipping with it.
Just contacted The Popcorn Factory via email. WIthin 2 hours Heather credited my card the 11.98 for shipping. Impresssed
I finally figured out why the MOMFREE code wasn\’t working. If you go to the Popcorn Factory website and add the Jumbo Snack Box it has a different product number than the one they\’ve set up for mamapedia. If you notice on mamapedia, under \’Details\’ the 6th bullet says: \’How to redeem: online, here only\’ click the word here and it will take you to the correct Jumbo Snack Box. The item number that correctly links with the MOMFREE shipping code is FCS9901 NOT CS9001 (which is the one you will find if you just directly go to the site) It\’s the same product but just coded differently for The Popcorn Factory\’s accounting. I’m trying to redeem my voucher for a birthday gift and they no longer have the same Jumbo snack box! Item FCS9901 is no longer there. They do have CS9001 but you can’t use the MOMFREE shipping code with that item. So frustrating!
Update: Popcorn Factory would not honor the free shipping. I asked Mamasource to refund my credit card however since it has been longer than 30 days they can not do that. They gave me the option to have a check sent in the mail or refund my Mamasource account.
I just ordered – free shipping codes never worked. I used one code that got my shipping done to 4.98 Very frustrating!
Code MOMFREE still does not work. popcorn factory basically said its not their problem and that i need to contact mamasource regarding the code not working. so frustrating! will definitely reconsider before i order from mamasource again!
