I ordered some sandals the other day and they were 9.99–now when I looked they were 19.99 but I could take 50% off. Doesn’t seem right.
a lot of companies do that. They mark up right before a sale to lead you to believe there is a really great deal you have to grab before its gone. Kohl’s, coldwater creek and many others are known for doing this. All part of marketing. Not all sales are really good ones! hth
