It was out of stock at 1am this morning…
The last 3 times I have gone through shopathome.com my officemax order has had trouble processing. I had to cancel each order and reorder on the phone. Therefor, I did NOT get the cash back from shopathome!
Try again. They are not out of stock right now at 10:25 ET. Though, be careful. Does anyone else find OfficeMax website very confusing. I can only get to my Maxperks rewards by clicking on Join Now and I had to click EDIT under payment info to find the option to put in my rewards. I only figured that out AFTER I accidentally put the whole thing on my CC and had to call them. They said they MIGHT be able to cancel my order. How silly! Why can’t they cancel it only minutes after ordering? They can’t be that fast! Well, I reordered and if they ship my stuff double I will return the shipment they put on my CC. Does anyone else find their website difficult?
Yes! Luckily I caught it before I ordered, but basically they skip all the normal steps and want you to “approve” the purchase using the same information from a previous order. Even when I was using my maxperks rewards, which were enough to cover the entire amount, they wanted me to enter my security code for my credit card.
It does seem like everything is either out of stock or backordered. It also seems like their site is running really slow, so maybe they are just doing some updating and things will come back in stock? I saw some great maxperks deals on laptop and kindle sleeves ($19.99 with $20 max perks). These deals weren’t available yesterday but they already say they are out of stock this morning. I’m hoping they’ll be available to order sometime soon!
I think you are right. Some of the sale items were just added for this sale, not there yesterday, and they said they are out of stock as of very very early this morning. Plus some of the items the links take you too are NOT the items with 100% back after rewards. I think they must be working on things.
