If you use a prepaid card with no name on it or zip code, what do you put?
I used my own name and zip, but some people had trouble. They said you needed to use the zip of the bank that issued the pre-paid. HTH!
I signed up and received a confirmation email, but I am not able to sign into the savingsclub. It keeps bouncing me back to the regular coupons.com site. Does anybody else have this problem?

Hey, if anyone (like me) had probs with the Coupons.com promo on Sept. 1 I wanted to report that mine was resolved. I just used the chat customer service function, and a nice lady named Liz gave me a refund. It was super easy. Hope everybody else can get the same result.
Can you (or anyone) tell me where the chat function/button is? I’ve been calling their phone number and no one ever answers ANY of the numbers I’ve called. I’m not giving up getting my $30 back, but wanted to try to talk to them before I disputed the charge on my credit card. And if I can’t reach them now, how the heck am I supposed to cancel!!??!! Anyone?????
hey everyone. finally got to talk to someone at coupons.com and apparently it is an issue as they have received over 800 calls. the lady was very nice, tok my name and email, and assured me it would be taken care of today. she even asked if i wanted a call back when the issue was resolved. so hopefully we will all see this taken care of by days end, and we will have charges reversed and a free trial membership as promised.
Does anyone have the same problem? I cannot seem to sign up. It bounces me back to the first page asking again for my e-mail address. Any tips? Thanks
Did anyone else just get charged for a year recently? I signed up when this was free and today just received an email that my cc had been charged and I would be up for renewal in oct 2013….
