Express: Possible $15 Off Any $15 Purchase (In-Store Coupon)
Wow! Here’s a nice coupon to print if you’re headed to the Mall this weekend! Now through October 30th, use this coupon to score $15 off any purchase (or $30 off your $75 purchase, $40 off your $120 purchase). Please note that this coupon does exclude red priced items ending in $0.99 but does NOT exclude Sale items so you should be able to snag accessories, clothing, and more on the cheap!
NOTE – I have not personally used this coupon and so I’m not sure if there’s a minimum requirement in order to use the $15 off coupon. However, it appears to be $15 off ANY $15 purchase since there’s no wording after that portion on the coupon.

I’ve gotten these types of coupons in the mail and its usually off a purchase of 15.01 or more.
I’ve had some cashiers excited for me when I snag a deal and some who think its too good to be true and dont really want to do it. lol

it doesn’t work online
I just went online and put an item for $17.94 in my basket and I put 8403 for the $15 off coupon….and it said it was invalid!!! I do not get why it would say that!
Its not valid on red lined items in store which is clearance so my guess is no clearance online either.
I tried it on items that weren’t on sale and it still wouldn’t allow it. 🙁

I got an email from Express with this offer. I just tried it online and it wouldn’t work unless I had $30 worth of items in my cart
Maybe this code is only valid for those who received the email? I put $31 worth of items in my cart and got the error message “Promotion code 8403 is invalid.”

I read on another site that someone found clutches at Express for $15.90, so that might be something to look for!
Usually their coupons like these are $15 off $30. That’s probably why it won’t work online for less than $30.
I just called my express store and they are aware of the coupon and said they’re accepting them so I guess it is valid 🙂

I know this might be a REALLY dumb question, but can someone do multiple transactions to get the best deal? My mall opens in 30 minutes and I don’t want to look like I am “stealing” from the store with like 5 coupons lol.
Technically it says this coupon can only be used once, so it would be at the cashier’s discretion. If it said once per day, you could at least make multiple trips. In this case, you might have to visit multiple Express locations to use it more than once. My local store often rounds up if you’re with 50 cents of the amount required (applicable with a $30 minimum moreso), but other locations I have shopped do not. Good luck!
I’m wondering the same thing…My guess would be it is 1 coupon per person but I don’t think it says that in the fine print….???? Hoping someone will have an answer.
These are usually one per person at my store, One time my dd tried one twice and even though it was a different day they SA told her this is one per person but let her use it, I guess because she was not 100% sure it was her from another day.
If I can’t go to a different store, I will try and go on a weekday, then a weekend, when the staff changes–that way no one remembers me and I have no issues with coupons!

Usually their $15 discount is on $30 of merchandise, not $15 off anything.
I just used the $15 off coupon in-store on their long sleeve shirts which are 40% off and was able to use the coupon and it brought the shirt down to only $3.28!! GREAT DEAL!
I just went to Express since I had to pick up my free bacon tomato macaroni and cheese from Corner Bakery (that was a great deal by the way). I bought a pair of earrings that retailed for $16.90, used the $15 off coupon and got a cute pair of earrings for only $2.01.
I just called my local Express, and the rep said that if it says “15 off” that it IS in fact $15 off $15, but it has to be from Express.com to be considered valid. Is this from Express.com?? I don’t want to drive there for nothing =/
I just got back. I really wanted a new pair of pearl earrings, but they were only $14.90, so I had to get a lip gloss too. Total was $7.37. I’m planning on giving the lipgloss to my cousin for her birthday, so it’s a win win for me! They did have a wristlet (sp?) that was $15.90, but i really wanted the earrrings. Thanks Collin! 🙂

I called Express in Cleveland, Ohio and got verification that it was $15 off a $15 purchase and it must be $15 before tax.

I just stopped in the store to use this coupon. I found a $29.90 top, on sale for 40% off. I used the coupon, and had no problems or beeping from the register. I paid $3.03 including tax! Thanks Collin!

I just went into Express and bought a pair of tights for $16.90 and used the $15 off coupon (I asked and yes, it’s $15 off, no minimum). Final balance (with IL tax) was around $2.08.

Just bought the Express clutch originally priced at $15.90 so I got it for 90 cents! There are a few things there that are around $15.90, like the purses, perfume, bracelets..all the clothes were still too expensive for me! I think I will try and go back again on Saturday. 🙂

Went this afternoon to ask if I can use more than one and the answer was no but she said I am more than welcome to come again and use the coupon until the last day!!! Great manager!

got the clutch as well for $1.10 that was normally $15.90, used the q with no problems and no questions asked!!! Very little stuff was cheap, but you can get some perfume, jewelry, socks tights with the coupon nad have very little out of pocket!!! I’m in atlanta, gonna do this prob everyday till it expires!!!

Worked for me tonight. Coupon will work on % off or B1G1 but not on clearance. Bought a $29.90 (40% off) cute long sleeve animal print tee for $3.23, tax included. Gonna go back for some cami’s next. Same price.
I see on the print out “Not too be combined with any other offers”. I wonder what they mean by that; if you and others were able to use the Q on % off and bogo sales?!
I got the purple clutch purse. It was $15.90, making it only .90 cents after the coupon. I am giving it to my cousin for Christmas. Super exciting to buy such a great gift for so cheap. Love this website!
I am in Houston, TX. Went to two different malls. Same result. They won’t push the items under 15. I tried on socks which is 14.90 and the cashier said u have to have over 15. I tried the blouse which is 24.90 and with 40% off it’s 14.96 and still no luck.
That’s too bad because I used the card last night at the mall on tights that were 14.90. It worked! My coupon had a different code than the one provided and the manager there said they were seeing changes in the companies coupon offers and policies.

I received a $15 off in my mailer and was not sure if it was off $30 ( I had never seen just $15 off). I was able to use it on earrings that were 30% off, final cost was 14.50 so they were free! Hope this printable coupon works the same way!

Anyone have any updated info on this coupon. I called my Express about using it and they said the Authorization code which is the 4 digit one – 8403 – has to be valid and she won’t know until I try to use it. She said she had someone come in this morning and this customers coupon did not work because it was from a third party site.
