mine did too, but I called and it was an error, and they aren’t there. You may want to call the store first
I was able to order 2 about 5 min ago, but the third I wanted said unavailable. Hope it goes through. Took maybe 5 min of my time, worth a shot!
I got one in my cart, but then it said unavailable for pick and unavailable for delivery 🙁
So…that pretty much means it’s unavailable. LOL
Fingers crossed that it works. I ordered 1. Was trying to order another but it kept taking be to a blank page also so I figured I wouldn’t push my luck and stick with just the one.
Did the same thing to me but I finally got one to go through!
Would be great if you didn’t have to go through entering everything even billing info and then it tells you it can’t ship, or pick up but it let’s you check off “pick up at store” when you add it to the cart.
Thank you Collin for posting, but it seems Lowe’s hasn’t managed to save people the time and effort by telling them it unavailable in the beginning.
I found that the rugs I selected were not available at any of the locations in my city. So, maybe these are only available in limited locations? … Also, not available for delivery by Lowes truck or UPS.
this is a good one! i just ordered. but if you want it you have to get in there and get it. i had 10 rugs in my cart and by the time i got to the check out 8 of them sold out!!
None of them seem to go to the card
i tried to buy 6 different rugs , and all of them where unaviable at any store any where near me , figures 🙁
It won’t let me add any of them to my cart. Just says cart is empty after I’ve clicked on store pick up etc. 🙁 Bummer

Super deal, and I am in the need of some rugs, some of these are so nice! I tried adding the ones I wanted to the cart, unfortunatly none of them are available within 100 miles of me. Too bad, I hope someone though can take advantage of this deal for sure. Too good to pass up!

Has anyone checked if they are ringing up for $10 at the store? It said mine was in stock, but I couldn’t add it to my cart online. If I can just go to the store and buy one, I will do that…..
I ordered quite a few. Several weren’t available but I was able to get a few. My order went through so we’ll see what happens. My pick up date is 12/14. These will make great Christmas gifts for family and I can use one in every room. Fingers crossed!

WOW Had 3 in my cart and clicked Complete Order and BAM they’re unavailable! I don’t think they should be able to do that once they are in your cart!! 🙁
Had the same thing happen with one in my cart. I agree that once in cart, it should be on hold for a few minutes at least – never gave me the chance to even check out. But I found another one I liked and got it to go through.

Great! Got one that was in-stock at my store.
Well, I started with 3 in my cart, but by the time I tried to check-out, only 1 was left. I finished the check-out process, but I still haven’t seen a confirmation saying it was ordered. The page is kind of just frozen. How can I tell if it was ordered or not?
i think if it doesnt add to cart it may be out of stock .. i tried adding another rug just to check and it went through

I would have loved one of these rugs or maybe two but the Lowe’s Page is not working. It says “Sorry we are working on Maintenance” and wont let me order anything!!! 🙁

Hope it works — some of them come up in cart and others do not.
I’m currently on the phone with Lowe’s this said that it is an error which they are trying to correct and most are not actually being processed. Mine has been and now i’m on hold because he’s trying to figure out what will happen to the one’s that did actually go through. I will follow up with this when I know more!

They told me that when it goes to the store for processing the store will contact me to tell me they cannot let the rug go for $10. They will give me the option to pay full price or cancel. They will be shutting the site down.
This would be awesome. we’ve really needed a rug in our living room. the one we have now has gone through two kids and a dog. So ready for a fresh new rug!

that’s what mine did….He told me that when the store places the order from the manufacturer it won’t work because the manufacturer will not take $10 for the rug! They come directly from the M to the store, that’s why the late pick up date
