That gets you to the point where you can upload an image! Maybe that will help you skip a few pages 🙂 I sat and refreshed at each step and eventually each page would load (although, usually without any coding working..just a basic page with links)
It will now let me see the first page, but once I click on the start now button it goes back to not being able to load the page.

Sometimes they end these promos early too and the codes just stop working.

I just don’t understand how it can be expired if NO ONE can get the darn thing to work. I sometimes really wonder if these companies do this so that they get the people sooo geared up for this that they think they’ll eventually pay for it because they just had this “perfect” picture to use for it!

There is a customer service # you can call… 1-800-953-0025 I plan on contacting them tomorrow to see if this code is supposed to work still and what can be done to get in on this deal.

I am pretty sure the code was supposed to only be used for a certain group of people who attended an event, and then the code was leaked, so they pulled it.

Really? Read the comments. People panic when they can’t get in on a freebie that likely wasn’t for mass consumption anyway. There’s no need to call the company or waste more time on the site; I can almost guarantee this was a special promo that went viral. If it’s too good to be true, it probably is.

AMEN!! Some ppl can be so ungrateful because they miss out on a freebie.. Had it not been posted they would have never known about it to begin with… The way I see it, when I get lucky I am grateful, when I miss out it wasn’t meant for me to have it in the 1st place.
I have been reading the comments and had no one called the company about it we wouldn’t have known for sure what the deal was. I for one wasn’t trying to be rude, just trying to help. It would have been a nice deal if it were for everyone but I’m not bent out of shape over it.

Just an update for everyone still interested in getting this free print….I called the company and they said that only people who went to a trade show and received the code are supposed to get the free print. They said someone posted it online for anyone to see and they shouldn’t have 🙁 I was really looking forward to my first big picture of my kiddo. They will honor the deal, but only for people with a badge number that went to some trade show. Thanks anyway, Collin 🙂 Will keep my eyes open for other canvas/big photo prints!

I agree it was probably only intended for select customers and Collin was unaware. She does remind us that deals may or may not work. People need to not get so bent out of shape just because a deal didn’t work for them or the code expired. We don’t need 50 people posting code expired, we get it.

It was just for people that attended the expo. It says “CES Exclusive” when you first look at the deal on the site (where it asks you to pick your size picture). CES stands for Consumer Electronic Show. That’s the exclusive deal for people that went to that trade show. Wish we could get it..but at least we know why it wasn’t working 🙂
Just got in-It’s saying the promo code has expired! Very nice. They do the promo it doesn’t work and they stop the promo!!
