Best Buy Reward Zone Members: Earn 25 More FREE Points (Via the Facebook App)
If you’re a Best Buy Reward Zone program member (it’s free to sign up!), you can currently score yet another 25 FREE Reward Zone points! Just head to the Best Buy Reward Zone Facebook App by signing in or registering for an account, then click on the “User Poll” tab and scroll down to take the new Epic Night Out Poll. After taking the poll, a pop up should come up stating that you just earned 25 points! And keep in mind that you only need 250 points to score a $5 Rewards Certificate!
Side Note: If you have noticed that some of your Rewards Zone points are missing from your account, please note that the Reward Zone program is an annual program running from January 1st to December 31st. In February every year, the Best Buy Rewards Zone system updates all accounts issuing certificates for 250 or more points and expiring points under 250. However, the points earned after January 1st, 2013 and Facebook poll points should not be effected in this process – only the points from last year 2012. If you have had points earned in 2013 that were deducted in the annualization process by the system, they will be posted back to your account when the annualization period is over (this period will take approximately 2 weeks). If you have any additional questions regarding your account, you can call Best Buy at 1-888-Best Buy.

My Ultimate kitchen said on Saturday that it was opening on Sunday, on Sunday said in 2 days , and today said in 9 days. Is anyone else having the same problem?

I am!! It was supposed to open yesterday for me at last and then got pushed out another 9 days! Weird!!

They were having a lot of technical difficulties for a few days. That’s how the ultimate kitchen got pushed back.
Same here! Mine was suppose to start today and now it says 8 days due to technical difficulties!
They had system issues when they tried to open that one; and thus they moved the dates until they resolve the issue!
I was able to do the ultimate kitchen two days ago!
I did the ultimate Kitchen on Feb 19th and got 25 points

I’m so glad they changed the points back to 25. I mean I can’t complain because its free and easy but helps me get to gift certificate quicker haha 🙂 how long til it expires when you print it out?
They have expiration dates if you print them or not. You can click on your account info and it will tell you

It keeps telling me that I have 0 points every time I take a poll.
ladies for those of you who have gotten the zero points like I have in the past! Take a good look at the balance on the right! If it is still increasing despite the 0 that means it gave you the points it just didn’t announce it to you! There is a way you can check your account or even on their to see if you did get the points that you voted for on that day! Check and if not wait a day sometimes it catches up the next day and tallies up your points. If after the second date it did not post to your account. Then call customer service and they are able to see if you voted and if indeed it did not post! Don’t fret 😉

If you got 0 points for the poll, check your points, you probably still got 25. It happens to me all the time. Go back to the main reward zone Facebook screen to check.
I agree. I took a poll last week and was given 0 points but when I signed into my Rewards Zone account it showed I received 25 points for the poll. 🙂

ok so i need help. i just now signed up and i dont see anything about user polls or anyof that. how do i get there?
i just see offers, premeir silver, gamers club, about reward zone and my account across the top.
I got the same thing as Emmy, no tab for user polls anywhere. What’s the deal?
Emmy and Gina, click Collin’s 2nd link to the fb app, sign in and you will see “poll” (click it and answer multiple choice poll for 25 points).
weird, it only gave me 10 points for today’s poll…oh well
