I just submitted a request for help from their customer service because when I put in the coupon code everything looked great, $1.95 total, etc. Then when I completed the order it said my total was actually $9.95…said the discount was only $10! So be careful!

$9.95 is NOT a good deal anymore. It’s rude that companies change coupons/deals like that when they notice their popularity, they should be happy to get any business! Plus at least people would be trying their products, now lots of possible customers are lost by changing the price. Even trust is broken because you don’t know how long they’ll honor what they first promise. And yes, I know companies have the right to do whatever they want or change/stop any promotion, but this is my opinion.
The code still works but now it takes $10 off. Still a good deal, but not as awesome as it was!
I couldn’t get through yesterday so I thought I’d try today. It’s saying coupon code is not valid.
I got mine for 1.95. Have to see what is in it.
I ordered mine late around 7:00 pm PST and got the full discount. I got an error message that told me to try back later. I waited about 30 seconds, hit order again and it went right thru. The $1.99 deal probably sold out but I think the company is being fair to at least offer another discount. So often I just get a message that basically says Too Bad, Limits have been reached.
I never received this box. Tried several times to contact company. No luck 🙁 Even if I did only pay shipping, it would be nice if they refunded it.
Anyone else have a concern with this Conscious Box offer? I ordered back in March when the offer occurred and they charged my credit card, marked my account as shipped (no date, not details, no tracking–just shipped) and no response to email inquiries. Curious if others have had same issue…..
I ordered the $10 box from this post but when I tried the cancel my subsctiption renewal online I had a lot of trouble with the website and had a bad feeling about it. I had to email the company about three to four times before they got back to me but ultimately they cancelled my order and removed my credit card information. I will not order from them again.
