Yay! The Viva Paper Towels deal that I posted in the Walgreens weekly deals is even sweeter than I thought! You see, there is a new Register Reward offer which will make for even cheaper paper towels! Check it out…

*Buy 2 Viva 6-pack Towels = $3 RR
*Buy 3 Viva 6-pack Towels = $4 RR

And here’s the deal you’ll be able to score…

Buy 2 Viva paper towels, 6-packs $5.99 each
Total = $11.98
Use the $1/1 Viva Walgreens coupon found in the May Coupon Booklet (will deduct $2)
Pay $9.98 total
Get back a $3 RR
Final cost as low as $6.98 total – $3.49 per package – only $0.58 per roll! Awesome!!

(Thanks, Wild for Wags!)

The coupon from face book is only good on BIG ROLLS. Walgreens does not sell the big rolls, only regular rolls.

  2. Alison

I bought 4 packs and no RR 🙁

Just wanted to throw in my 2 cents… we got a great deal on this towel a few months ago, and can’t WAIT for it to be gone. I’d never buy it again, not for any deal! It’s staticy to itself, doesn’t unroll without breaking, and is a huge pain in the neck!

I also hate these paper towels, I think they are too soft, too hard to unroll…however, my girls did a science project on strength, absorbency, durability…viva won every single category and could clean up about a cup more liquid than a bounty, a brawny or a store brand. I still hate them, but they do work:)

      • Brooke Watson

I agree to disagree with you both. I love how much i can clean up with Viva and how soft they are. love them.

This makes me laugh. It’s so funny how people have such differing opinions on the “little things”. 🙂 This is the absolute only paper towel we use in our house! We’ve even been known to spend as much as $10 for a 6 pk when we (gasp!) didn’t have a coupon.

I actually LOVE these paper towels! I’ve never had a problem with them breaking while unrolling. They clean up a mess so well! I get soo geeked when Collin has posted a deal for these 😀

So today and tomorrow Walgreens is offering 2000 points when you spend $10 in store. Can we double dip and get both the points and the RR?? I know that the Walgreens coupons bring down your total so you’d have to be sure your total is still $10 after Walgreens Q’s have been deducted. This would be an awesome scenario! Oh and my name brand snob of a husband said “Wow you actually bought good paper towels”, when he used these last night.

    • Brooke Watson

yes, but because the wags coupon changes the price to 4.99 ea, you’ll need .02 to get the points. I bought some Nice! brand sandwich bags for 0.99 on sale.

Iprint the coupon 2 times, but the barcode is the same:) Can I use both coupon or just one, Thks everyone 🙂

    • kchomerental

no, that’s the same as making photo copies. they need unique bar codes.

    • Dani

Barcode will be the same, but check the QR code on the top right, they have to be unique. With that said, make sure you are using the correct coupon. The walgreens in my area only carries the 6pk REGULAR rolls. The facebook IP is for the BIG rolls. Not sure what the $1/2 coupon says though (didn’t print it).

Is this a weekly RR deal or is it continuing into next week? Anyone know? I was wanting to do this deal on Sunday when I would already be in the store anyways, but obviously Sunday would be the start of a new ad week.

  7. Sweetteacoupon

I WAS able to get the deal. I bought 2 6-pk rolls, used the in store coupon for -$2 and 2 mfg coupons for an add’l -$2, and got the $3 RR! Woo hoo!

I make my own baby wipes and use these because they are the strongest, yet softest. They work great! But because they’re usually so expensive, they’re like gold in my house. I don’t let my husband or kids use them for normal paper towel use. They’re that special! Tee hee!

    • Danielle Huberty Krukar

how do you make your own baby wipes? I’m always interested in homemade recipes. I make my own laundary soap 🙂

the coupon in the may walgreens book says one per guest and they said i couldn’t use it twice 🙁 should I have been able to use it?
