The key to making it work is to disable your YouTube app on your phone so that way it will use the browser to go to YouTube and you will get your points.

Try cleansing conditioner instead of shampoo. Salon graphix has a decent line and can be found at rite aid. I have had access to professional products along the years and the only thing I have found that I like better is the tigi dumb blonde shampoo and conditioner. Salon graphix also makes the best dry shampoo I have tried so far.

Hmm.. I am going to have to look at the ingredients. Hope they have them listed online. If there are sulfates in then it isn’t worth even 3.00 ( anything that has tons of sulfates aka most of the pantene, herbal essences, that awful V05 that is always 88¢.. the detergents in them are very very damaging.)

I’m trying to take advantage of this amazing offer. When I copy my coupon code from the app and paste it on my cart during checkout it keeps giving me “invalid promotion code”. I’ve checked and it is the correct code and I’ve tried just typing the code rather than copy/paste and its still not working. HELP

I’ve unlocked my promo code and attempted to use it on my order, both on my phone and my laptop, and each time I get a message stating “Invalid promotion code”. I’ve typed it all upper case, all lower case – no luck. I’ve tried to type what I presume is a “zero” as a capped “O” – no luck. I’ve copied and pasted the code – no luck. Anyone besides me have this problem and if so, did you find a solution?

I wish I’d seen it yesterday too, but it shouldn’t matter since neither offer is “over.” The coupon is valid till 7/31 and the promo for the conditioner is good till 7/14. Bummed it’s not working. 🙁
Promo code isn’t working. It may be because “cannot be combined with any offers or promotions”. Perhaps the initial post was prior to CD catching onto the glitch?
I couldn’t get my promo code to work either. I even tried it on other items just in case it was the BOGO that was causing it not to work, but no luck. Pretty strange since the promo code says valid until 7/31/13 & it’s valid on ANY item. Carol’s Daughter must’ve realized they had lots of items that are close to $10 when they decided to set up this whole phone app/coupon code thing…so it’s pretty strange that it’s not working on ANY products all of a sudden. :/
I did the same thing, Jessica. I tried it on another purchase and no luck… “invalid promotion code” I sent a message to Carol’s Daughter CS and told them of my frustration. Now I’ve wasted two hours on a “free” deal, so it’s cost me about $25!

I just received shipment confirmation for my order placed yesterday. I know sometimes when companies catch on they cancel orders that went through.

It is not working for me either. I also tried to “chat” with a help assistant but it was a total waste of my time. He claimed that promo codes were not working due to a technical problem and suggested I wait until after tomorrow night to try again. So basically no help at all. I’m thinking they cut it all off when they figured it out.

Well….I also received an email stating that is was shipped. However, when I tried to track it, it did not show up. I wonder if they will still cancel the order?
Carol’s Daughter generates a shipping label. UPS picks it up on Monday and then scans it in. That’s why you don’t see anything yet.
