make sure you hit back after you watch a video on your phone through the app. When I hit the back button the points would pop up.

I watched all the videos and didn’t get the points I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong but it would be nice to try these products on my natural hair for such a good price.

I’m on my phone and the first video didn’t gave me any points when I watched through YouTube. On the following videos I watches through Google chrome and videos wouldnt load so I just pressed back and ding!I got points.I clicked on the next video again and pressed back button and got my points!

I to make sure this shampoo just isn’t for African American/ Ethnic hair and reviews on Ulta seemed like it can be on any hair. I hope it works on my curly hair which frizzed in the summer. App worked like a charm. Also, you can opt not to share on facebook which i appreciate. You don’t have to watch full videos, just fwd to last few seconds.

I can’t even get the app to work at all. It took about half an hour to get it downloaded, now that it installed, it wont do anything…just spins and spins and spins when I try logging in to Facebook.

It should automatically take you to carols daughters website. Thats what it did for me after each video/quiz. After my final video i clicked on the rewards icon and got mines that way. Hope that helps!

I have a feeling a lot of orders are going to be canceled. That’s a lot of revenue lost.
It’s the potential to get a lot of returning customers as well. Other Carol’s Daughters products I’ve tried my hair did not like so if I get this stuff and I like it I will order it again. I hope they keep that in mind if they were too decide to cancel any orders.
