That happened to me too but i think it’s because the first page shows no tax then it says credit card can'[t be verified but then 0.54 showed up for my total and I hit place order again and it worked….it may be because you need to pay for tax

Is the $15 off code working for anyone? Says online it’s good for next 2 months but their website says it’s an invalid code.

Just spoke with customer service and this is what they said about the cc issue: “We are working on correcting the issue. The order can either be placed over the phone at 1-866-521-6211 or you can wait a bit and come back to the site once the issue has been fixed.”

why do you have to pay tax on something that is free of charge?
Just like when you use coupons at the store you are still taxed on the retail value of the item even if the coupon or in this case coupon code brings the out of pocket cost down to nothing. HTH.
It’s a neat idea, however I am not comfortable providing my credit card information on a site I don’t know. Especially since it’s free.
The site is going very slow! I was able to get the Pop Floral address labels originally $9 for $0. I found it easier to just type Pop Floral in the search box at the top than trying to sort through the labels to find them. I live in Oregon where there’s no tax but did still have to enter my CC info even though there was $0 due.

I had the same problem as you Sarah; I entered everything and then it kept saying credit card not able to be authorized, please re-enter credit card information. I called the Customer Service number after clicking on the Contact us button (at the bottom of the screen I think) and had to wait about 5-7 mintues for someone but the person I got was super helpful and said that they had been having a lot of problems with the promo code. She was able to take all of my information and submit the order over the phone without even needing my credit card info!

wow what a pain lol. We don’t have tax here so it wouldn’t work because the total was 9 dollars. I gave in and just paid 2 dollars for the gift option.
I just wanted to let everyone know that I just chatted with a live representative online and I had a question about tax and she informed me that I should not have been charged tax and this is a problem that they have been having all morning. I’m not sure if she meant that no one should have been charged tax or just my state, but I’m pretty sure she meant that no one should be charged tax. She adjusted my order to include free shipping. I hope it’s the same for everyone that paid shipping!

The chat representative said the code is not valid on clearance items. When I asked about others using the code on clearance items, she said the code has been “correctly updated to exclude clearance.” Yay for everybody that got this one!
***UPDATE- After reading other HIP2SAVE comments, I found the “Pop Floral” address labels in the regular address label section (not clearance) for $9.00. The code DID work for these and I was only charged $0.63 for shipping! Thanks, HIP2SAVERS!!!

hmmmm…..my husband and i both ordered and were charged sales tax. used our debit and it’s already been deducted from our bank account. not that i’m complaining about only paying $1.40 for 40 gift tags, but if it’s not supposed to, i guess i should call.

After i had confirm the purchase I saw that they added a sales tax. I used a prepaid card of 51 cents and the tax was 81 cents…. what should i do? I called customer service but they said that they didnt charge a tax. But i live in california and many users who have commented here said they got charged for tax who also lives in california
