Do you know anything about the Starbucks Holiday Trio that is granting extra stars? I did participate in the above promo and earned a $10 GC. Since Wednesday last week I have been earning a lot of extra stars. Just today I earned 8 + 1 for a purchase.
I’ve been watching my email after the 11th and I haven’t gotten an email saying the “holiday star dash” It’s now the 15th of December.
Did you earn enough stars? I got one email telling me how much I earned on December 3rd and a second on Dec 11 with the giftcard.
I have to say that I earned more than 16 stars during that time and still have not received an email with my card. This is the SECOND time this happened to me.
Just call and let them knowl…it took me 3 phone calls for me to get someone that did anything and then ask to be put through to the Satisfaction Survey.
I actually have to stop by Starbucks to get my fresh coffee before I start my day
