Hey, my Target had those Coffeemate Creamers, 32 oz Peppermint Mocha, marked down to $1.95 each not on clearance (shelf said $2.30), and I was allowed to use both types of coupons, Cartwheel, and my Red Card. Cartwheel made their milk the cheapest around too. So, thank you for the head’s up on that too!

No, it says in the fine print excluding Food 4 Less.

No, I’m pretty sure it is still available. I couldn’t locate it in my own list of coupons (when I signed myself in to my Kroger account). I had to go through the link provided. You should then be able to add it to your card that way.

For me (King Soopers) it was under My Best Customer Exclusives. Hope that helps!
