Amazon: Purchase Participating DVD or Blu-ray = FREE Movie Voucher to See Frozen in Theaters
As I mentioned here, here and here, there are lots of great deals to be had on movies! Well… some of these Disney movies make for an even sweeter deal because for a limited time, Amazon is offering up a FREE $10 movie voucher to see the movie Frozen in theaters (comes out November 27th) for purchasing a participating Disney movie!

If you are signed up for Disney Rewards it looks like you can get an extra free movie ticket when you enter the magic movie code inside the DVD when it arrives. Basically, buy one movie and get two free tickets! It is only for select movies, but it looks like they are the same as the amazon deal.
Can you explain what you mean? I just purchased a few of these movies from
Disney. Am I able to take the codes from them to get the free tickets? And if so, do I go to Disney Rewards to do it? TIA! 🙂
If you go to the special offers page on the Disney rewards site, the info will come up. It says if you buy an eligible movie, you get a free movie ticket when you enter in the code that comes in the movie. https://www.disneymovierewards.go.com/promotions/special-offers/frozentix
Yeah, I went to Disney rewards and looked at the special offers tab and it said that if you enter a magic code from select DVDs (Tangled Blue Ray combo pack for example) by 1/5/2014 and hit the banner you get a code for free movie ticket. So it sounds like in addition to the code from Amazon, when your DVD arrives you can enter the magic code inside the DVD and get another free movie code!

I actually took my already owned movies, created a disney rewards accounts and entered all the codes we had. Got like 2000 pts and several movie tickets to frozen!
I got my code from Amazon and entered it in to the website, and I got a message that it is not good at any theaters within 100 miles of me 🙁 I don’t live in the boonies, either, so this is disappointing.

shoot – the ticket is through Hollywood movie money, you may be able to do a search to see where they are accepted. luckily the movie theater in my town accepts them and we are going on Tuesday to see this movie for my daughters birthday! awesome timing!
