I just wanted to thank those who commented about Victoria’s Secret overcharging their credit card for online purchases. After reading some of your comments, I checked my statement online and sure enough, I saw a charge from them for $64.83 when my order was suppose to be $28.23. And they also removed some of my free items from my purchase when I checked the order status online. I hope everyone double-checks their statements so that they don’t get scammed.

Suszy, thank you so much for giving these cards away. I thought i was the first one to order and that my order went through. I just checked it now and the gift card was removed from my order. I called customer service and they told me that a lot of orders tried to use that gift card, but it wont go through for any of them :(. So those people will get charged $10 more in their orders.

I got an email telling me to check my PINK app…so I did. There is a 4 # code there. Tried that. Not working. Let me clarify…STILL not working. I have tried several times & in different browsers.
I am now on call #3 to VS…. they never sent me my Secret Rewards like they said they were [yes, I had a well beyond qualifying order on 10/29 the day it began]…been waiting for it to be emailed. They say only “one lady does the emails & she has to review each situation before sending it out and it takes 5 days for the email to arrive once sent.” Seriously? 5 days? For an email? I can drive to their HQ in Ohio in 5hrs! Good grief!
End result–lady on the call today says that this code is not working, probs w/ PINK site & if I order then call & they will manually take off the $ of the bra. –>maybe this info will help some others trying to get the deal….Good Luck!!
They should have sent you an email to get the code right through the email you would have to sign into your account right from the email link. It says Get your offer or snag it in the app hit get your offer instead of the app. The code on the app is not for online purchases I had the same problem I went through the email and signed in it will show the same thing as the app but you have to scroll down a little and it says redeem online and click that and it should bring you to the online code it should have numbers and letters. Hope this helps 🙂

I went to the store and used 4 $10 vs cards to buy $10/tee (did 4 transactions) then exchange all tees to buy 1 bra and panty that I really like and used the 20% off coupon on the 5th transactions. That’s the only way for me to use them up without paying extra or find things that are close to $10.

Hey all this is really random and has nothing to do with this post. – I’m not looking for anyone to bash me please , my husband was deployed a few months ago so we moved home ( me and the 3 kids ) to start getting ready for him to get out of the military. To those who got charged for free tee… Where did you look to check if you were charged? Did you just check account activity for individual purchases? So far for me it’s showing the correct amounts so wondering if Everyone was scammed or just some. Don’t want to find we’re all scammed now 🙁
I think the people who ordered the fleece pants that were only $19.50 after the $10 off code were the ones charged for the tee….I ordered a sweater that was $30 and my order has shipped and the tee was free. You had to order a clothing item that was $25 to get the free tee so I think that is what happened to alot of orders the clothing item dropped under the required amount after you used the fleece code.
My order was fine and nothing was cancelled. It just shipped today so maybe it depends on when you placed the order?
They adjusted my credit card 4 days AFTER they shipped the item. It also happened to me on an order with the $25 backpack for some reason. They adjusted backpack to full price and took off the pink dog.
