Free shipping wasn’t an option on my order. How do you get it?
The offer didn’t work for me (I was charged $39.99 instead of $25), but the website was offering me free priority shipping. I called customer service and they told me to place the order and they would promptly refund the difference. I had to call them back in about 10 minutes to request the refund. Since the first rep placed a note in my account, the second rep was able to refund the difference quickly and without any hassle.
