For everyone who wants to purchase this easel – it is awesome!!! It is absolutely durable and practical. We got it for our 2 year old last Christmas and she has been using it daily since last year. This is a really good deal considering last year we paid twice that. You do not have to use Melissa&Doug’s supplies. Other options/less expensive are available.

Yes, DO NOT order this from Kohls.com. I ordered a power wheels from Kohls on December 3rd. I have called several times, and it is has been sitting in the warehouse since the 9th. It was supposed to arrive between Dec. 8- Dec 17th. This has ruined our Christmas. We saved up to buy this, now we won’t be getting our money back for 8-28 days and can’t afford to go to the store and buy a new one. So they have our money and will be keeping it until after Christmas to make sure peope don’t try to cancel orders that don’t arrive until after Christmas. This has ruined our Christmas. I have been crying ever since. My little one has told santa that he wanted this. He is going to think that he has been bad. We were very frugal all year to make sure we could buy him this. Just look at the facebook comments. I have no idea what we are going to do Christmas morning.

Last week my only child was diagnosed with cancer. I think you might want to teach your child the true meaning of Christmas and what can truly ruin christmas is not having your loved ones in good health and nearby. What to do on Christmas morning -visit a children’s hospital and share some love.

It’s terribly disappointing to have your plans not work out and especially if you are short on cash but all of that is “things” that can be replaced or in the long run just don’t matter at all. I’ll be praying for your child to pull through and I hope your family can enjoy the holidays together despite the worry and medical issues you are dealing with. Merry Christmas.

I never meant to offend you, I was just venting and trying to prevent others from losing money. I was not trying to start a fight. This is something I used to love to do with a friend of mine before I got so sick myself. This is also something we will do as a family when my little one gets older. We will be thinking of you and your family and knowing that the power of Christmas is about giving not receiving, which was why I was so excited to give this to my son. I am much more upset about it than he will be. I hope that even though you are going through this that you will find a way to have a a great time with your family.

Wrap up a picture of it or give him a special note from Santa that he has a large present for him that wouldn’t fit in the sleigh, so he is having it delivered soon.

Terribly slow shipping from kohls
Expect Lost orders, missing items, wrong items and damaged items all served with a side of clueless, unhelpful customer service. Sorry really upset since they ruined my one nice big ticket gift. I am out of money and no awesome deal to b had now.
I got an email from kohls.. I had ordered stuff on Black Friday… Was an apology or delay in shipping due to the weather … All that snow … Guess it depends where your items ship from.. I eventually got my order.. You also have I remember that shipping companies throw boxes around and I have even seem them throw them at my door .. Not saying kohls not at fault but could be shipping company too

We purchased this one for our 2 1/2 yr old and it has worked like a champ! Plus, you can buy the large rolls of drawing paper at Ikea for only $4.99, among other art supplies like felt-tip pens, chalk, and paint supplies. If you are considering an easel, you definitely get more bang for your buck at Ikea.
Yes save at Ikea and forget Kohls. In the Same boat as Crystal with Kohls. Waiting a few weeks to get $80 refund! Oh and nobody contacted me about anything. Everything was shipped and done on their part. Had to spend hours on the phone they wanted to give me a $80 merchandisefor thei mistake!

I have this M&D easel and it it aweful! The bolts do not hold tight and it keeps falling apart. I contacted MD about the problem and they sent new bolts, but we still have the same issue 🙁 now it just sits in the garage broken and unused
I got my $25.00 coupon but my children have so much stuff ; I bought a posterpedic pillow for 50 percent off plus the 20 percent off coupon that I used with my Kohl’s card. The pillow was $79.99 so with the discounts and the $25.00 off I only paid $14.95 for it. Now I don’t know If I should be good and give it to the hubby and or keep it. I’ve always wanted one but they are so expensive, so I don’t feel bad about paying less than twenty dollars for it .
So glad to have seen this price drop, it was $49.99 earlier this week and I just so happened to look at it again today and saw it was $10 cheaper…I called a few of my local stores to see if anyone had any in stock and luckily I found one. I was able to use a 20% off coupon I found on retailmenot and the $25 coupon sent out by Kohls for my last order being late and I also had a $5 buck reward – I paid a little over $8 bucks and am beyond ecstatic!
