Calling all Starbucks Rewards Members! Check your Inbox for a special Buy 1 Get 1 Free Holiday Drink offer valid today, December 21st, only. The email was sent with the Subject Line “Share Joy this Saturday: Buy 1, get 1 free, any holiday drink” from the email address starbucks@e.starbucks.com.

If you did indeed receive this email, print it out OR pull it up on your phone and then just show it to the Starbucks cashier after you order. Note that you must have received this offer via email and you must pay with your registered Starbucks card in order to qualify.

    Woke up and saw the email from Starbucks. When try do bogo’s I drink one today and save the second for the next day and drink it iced!

      then you can keep reloading it

    It also works if you just tell them the code # when ordering. It only validates when your card is scanned, so there’s no potential to “cheat” the system. If the offer wasn’t loaded to your card, it won’t work. So you don’t need to waste the paper to print out or mess with getting out the email. I would highly recommend using the Starbucks app. My registered card is a e-card from Groupon and it was such a pain to keep having to pull up the old email. Now using the app, and the barcode is readily available.

      Jen, I also use the app. Sometimes you have offers in the app that you wouldn’t normally know about. Right now I have a bogo espresso. The other day I had 50% brewed coffee.

    I did want to add that you don’t have to pay with your registered Starbucks card. They just need to swipe it. You can still pay with cash or credit.

    I don’t get emails from Starbucks, but I do have the app. Today there is a message of 30% off all holiday gifts and seasonal coffee thru 12/25. Sounds like a good deal!

    Hmmm, wondering if I use my Holiday Card from the Zulily deal if I will get credit for 2 drinks or 1? Trying to get to Gold status by the 31 st.

      I think no matter what card you use, it’s one star. You’re only paying for one drink.

      And make sure you pay for everything separately with your card–drink as one transaction, bread as another transaction, etc. (cake pops are only $1.50). That is how I got to gold fast:)

          As an employee, we honestly don’t mind. We only ask that you say you want separate transactions before you order.

    Oh Starbucks I wasn’t planning on going out of the house if I didn’t have to but of course I will. I love these bogo’s like others sometimes I save the second drink for the next day!!

      I just get 2 talls, if I don’t have anyone to share with or maybe you could give one to someone in line. A lot of people refrigerate their extra and reheat it the next day.

      You can get an “iced” drink and order it w/ no ice. Either drink it cold or warm it up the next day in a mug. 🙂

    Thanks Collin I got it. I love those emails. I made it to gold just waiting on my card. Scooped up a cherries jubilee and a caramel brûlée frap. Then got another email for 50% off a food item.

    Ohhh just a good way to gold are there reusable cups are just $1 and bring it back and get 10 cents off coffee . Keep up with the emails for discounts which makes getting to gold cheaper. Pay for everything seperate with your Starbucks rewards card, so you get a star for every transaction.

    I find their program very annoying. We have been a Gold member for since 2012 and we don’t get these emails at all.

    Was so upset. Ended up waiting in line for 15mins and with my luck the lady told me the code didnt work with my 2 drinks I had to get an expresso and something else. I wanted 2 cold ice drinks not expresso. And my email states 2 holiday drinks and that’s exactly what I wanted. Ugh, made me so upset and to top it off ppl behind me were so rude. I don’t think I will be going back to Starbucks for awhile.
