I so want this but will be moving soon and I don’t have our new address yet…does anyone know if it’s easy to change your address with them?
Very easy. They had an incorrect address for us and I called them and had it fixed in 5 minutes. You can find all the contact info inside the masthead of the magazine or by Googling.
Just purchased one, got the voucher code and tried to redeem it, but it’s telling me it’s an invalid code. Anyone have any issues like this? Frustrated!
I am interested in purchasing this. But am afraid if i will be able to redeem it as one of the users, Kim is facing difficulty with redeeming. Any success with redeeming?
Anyone know how many issues? We ordered zootles and I was disappointed that it was every two months, and the issue themselves were tiny!

We were also extremely disappointed with Zootles but we love High Five. Our daughter has been getting this since she was 3. She loves it and so do we.
It is true that you only see this deal once a year and I watch for it every time. Never had trouble redeeming the voucher either.
I am new to this whole concept of redeeming. Can anyone let me know, Once i order the magazine subscription will it be shipped to my address irrespective of whether i redeem it or not? By the way i did order the Highlights and got a code, which when i used said, “Sorry this code has expired”.
I ordered the High Five, received a voucher code and got the same thing, code has expired. *sigh* I sent them an email but it says it takes 2 days for them to get back to me. I hope all works out. I wanted to order the Highlights subscription for my older son, but will not do so until this first order goes thru.
I have also send them an email and it says it will take upto 5 days for them to get back. I too want to order High Five for my younger daughter. But I will not order until this problem is sorted out.

Update: I received an email from mamapedia saying my voucher is ready. Logged into my acct and was given a different voucher number than the one I received yesterday. It worked!! YAY!! So I purchased another one for my older son and was able to use the code they gave me immediately… didn’t have to wait 24 hours. Ugh another failed attempt here. Entered in my credit card info, received my email with voucher code, and after entering code, I receive the error “This coupon code is invalid. Please try again”. Super frustrating because it appears I will be charged, yet I was not able to actually finish my order!

Called my CC company, too, and the charge appeared even though the order did not go through. Hoping I hear back from the company before 5 days passes. Frustrated…
Mamapedia has a facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/mamapedia. If they dont resolve this soon, then am planning to write on their facebook page. Hope I will not have to take it to a public forum to solve this issue that many of us are facing.
I am a very unhappy Momma also. I keep getting the vouchers are invalid or expired. They already charged my credit card too. I emailed them but no email back yet. hope this is something that can resolved by tomorrow or this is not going to turn out pretty. AAAHHH!!! who new trying to get highlights for our babies would be so stressful. 🙁
I redeemed Highlights magazine successfully!. I got an email from Mamapedia with a voucher code. Hope it works out for others also.
Did you get an email from them 24 hours after you ordered?
Mamapedia sends you an email the day after you buy the subscription with a valid voucher code. You have to wait for this email to be sent to you. The day I bought mine a voucher number showed up on their web site under my offers but the code found there always stated invalid on the Highlights website. I don’t know why they generate a voucher you can see immediately when you can’t use it. You have to wait until after they have updated the number 24 hours after purchase. Then it works fine. In the end, it’s worth the $15 savings I got. I won’t pay full price for any magazine. I hope this helps.

I have purchased deals from mamapedia/mamasource before & they have always worked out for me, I couldn’t remember if I had to wait for the correct code to be emailed to me, its like you said, the code on my mamasource page does not work so I will just wait for the emailed code. Thank you!
Update to earlier…received an additional email today with a new voucher code that worked! Finally, success! To those that did not have luck yesterday like me, you should look for the email today and it should all end up working out ok. My 22 month old LOVES the Hello magazines, and received her last issue this month, so I hope we have success with High Five, although the age range is pretty large!
