If you’re in the market for a SodaStream, here’s a pretty sweet deal! Head on over to Kohl’s where they are offering up this SodaStream Genesis Home Soda Maker (in black) for $99.99 – regularly $139.99. Even sweeter, use the promo code homesale10 to score $10 off a $50 purchase AND the promo code JANMB20 to score 20% off a $100+ order! And, yes..these codes do stack! 🙂 PLUS – there is also a Mail-in Rebate valid for $20 back for purchasing a SodaStream Genesis home soda maker!

Also, don’t forget, through February 8th, everyone gets $10 Kohl’s Cash for every $50 spent in store, online & at the kiosk on all sale-, regular- and clearance-priced merchandise. Then use your Kohl’s Cash coupon at your nearest Kohl’s Department Store or enter your coupon number and pin at checkout on Kohls.com from February 9th-February 22nd.

Now since your order needs to be at or over $100 to use the 20% off code, consider adding a couple SodaStream mixes priced as low as $5.99 to your cart. Here’s one deal idea:

Buy 1 SodaStream Genesis Home Soda Maker $99.99 (Reg. $139.99!)
Buy 2 SodaStream mixes as low as $5.99 (Reg. $6.99!)
Total = $111.97
Use promo code homesale10 ($10 off a $50 purchase)
Use promo code JANMB20 (20% off a $100 purchase)
Pay $86.57 (<—a $5 surcharge has been added to this total)
Get $10 back in Kohl’s cash for every $50 spent (= $10 back)
PLUS, submit for the $20 Mail-in Rebate found here

Final cost only $56.57 shipped (+ tax) – note that this is the final calculation after taking into account the $5 surcharge, the rebate, and the Kohl’s cash that you’ll be getting back.

(Thanks, Miranda!)

I think I’m the only person who doesn’t like the soda stream. lol

  2. Stephanie

I don’t like it either….found it to be a big waste of money! We are big soda drinkers so I thought it would be a great idea for us…boy was I wrong! We tried so many flavors and they all taste horrible..so disappointed!

    • Kristina

Have you tried the Naturals line? I haven’t yet but I believe the non-Naturals ones all have sucralose (Splenda) in them and that’s what I taste. Yuck!

  3. Jennifer

You should try the strawberry. We expected it to be like faygo redpop but instead it actually tastes like strawberry

Do you also boycott other products from countries that violate human rights laws?…like china, india, and the united states (just to name a few)? Gotta be consistent.

If i’m aware of something concrete like this then yes. We’re talking about a company built on land where other people used to live. Those people’s homes were bulldozed to make place for this factory. Those illegal settlement are not only immoral but against international law. If you want to give your money to this company it’s your choice, but I won’t.
Mary, if I have to be blessed by supporting murder and oppression then I’d rather be “cursed” That’s the kind of discourse extremists on all sides use to justify their crimes.

Everyone who blesses Israel will be blessed and those who curse it will be cursed. Israel wins in the end because God is on their side.

Maybe read your facts first. Scarlett Johansen was actually the one to end her association with oxfam, in protest of their boycott.
The soda stream factory employs over 900 West Bank Arabs. Most are extremely happy with their jobs. Of course there are the few disgruntled employees, as there would be in any large corporation. The pay is well above minimum wage for West Bank dwellers.

As for anyone who wants to boycott a company for building a factory in territory used to belong to another country for a bit, but was fairly won during war, maybe it’s time to set your sights on Texas, New York, or any part of the United States. After all, we only exist because of wars won.

Thank god I’m not prejudiced like that.
And no, I don’t own a soda stream nor am I affiliated with the company at all.
I despise carbonated beverages… I drink mostly tap water.
      🙂

Our family LOVES ours. We primarily drink plain soda water and it has greatly increased the amount of water our family drinks. We would buy it again without hesitation. We bought ours for $100 at Bed Bath and Beyond and used a 20% off coupon making it $60 then mailed in for the rebate. Made it $60 without codes and Kohl’s cash or any other complications. Since it’s over $100, don’t you get $20 back in Kohl’s cash?

    • nicole

Once you enter the coupon codes, the price drops to $80something, so you only get $10 Kohls cash.

If your looking to maximize your Kohls’ cash..add 6 mixes at 5.99 each and the soda stream machine. your subtotal after coupons is 100.74 after rebate and kohls cash (of 20.00) it makes your total only 60.74 since each drink mix (the cheapest i’ve found is 4.49 at kmart)..if you total 6 of those at 4.49 each (the lowest price for those mixes right now) = 26.94 and minus the 60.74, its like getting your machine for 33.80 SWEEEEEEEEET DEAL! It took my husband a little convincing since he just wanted to get the machine for 99 from qvc Even with the 5.00 surcharge..which just annoyed me..it was a great deal! I got my kohls cash this morning!!!

  6. melissa

    What’s the $5 surcharge for?

    • AnnaD

There are some items that require a surcharge for safe shipping

  7. Liz87

No, because the final total is the 86.57 which only qualifies for $10 kohls cash. It has to be over $100 before discount codes.

    • Sweetie

It is $100 before the codes. I’m guessing you may have meant after all codes are applied, if that’s the case… I totally understand now. Thanks 🙂

I just heard news about Keurig joining with some other company, to release in 2015, a machine that will use kcups to make soda. Sounds like the soda stream, but they said it will actually have the “name brand” flavors. I’m curious…….

    • Deb

Keurig has a deal with Green Mountain and Coca Cola to develop their own machine to compete with Sodastream.

      • Lisa S

Glad you posted this. We are Coke drinkers. I can wait.

  9. paula

We love our Soda Stream also. Saves us a ton of money, especially on energy drinks because my husband used to drink Monster drinks and they are so expensive but now I make them at a fraction of the cost. My kids say the soda flavors taste the same and actually like some better.

  10. Des

I love my sodastream Genesis, I actually got it through a House Party that I found out about on here (thanks Collin!) and I use it frequently. The flavors taste like generic pop versus big brand names, but as long as I keep in mind that Lemon Lime will not taste exactly like sprite, it’s really tasty. The flavors are comparable to Faygo in my opinion.
