  They use it as “fraud” protection like Shutterfly. They cross reference your billing address and cc# to be sure you don’t have many accounts (and to be sure you aren’t getting the freebies more than once). 😉

   Actually, they are charging 49 cents for a stamp. I just ordered and chose to have it mailed directly. Instead of $0.00 charged as it says in the above screenshot, it will say “Postage stamp ($0.46 ea): $0.49. Apparently, they just haven’t updated that description.

    yes, I am annoyed as well. If an offer is expired can you please note that on the top of the posting!!!?! I also just wasted 20 minutes making this card only to find it to say the same thing “this offer has expried!! Annoying
