Clear your cache and browsing history. I did that in Chrome and was able to get the form.
I click on “try it now”, then what? On next page just about the loyalty program?
Chrome would not load the form (for me to fill out address). Tried Firefox and it worked.

Note: It takes a while to get in (10-15 refreshes for me in Chrome) but go tit. Once you load, click the pink bar underneath “FREE Sample.” My text never fully loaded to know I was supposed to click there, so its more of an FYI if anyone else has the same issue.
My text didn’t load but I clicked on pink bar and no problems after that. Thanks so much for tip and thanks h2s for freebie!!!

It took several times for me to actually get the page to load. So don’t give up. Just keep refreshing and it will load eventually. I’m sure there are just so many people trying to get the sample the page is just running really slow. Hang in there!
