OK CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN CLEARLY HOW THE FREE REBATE WORKS LIKE WHERE DO SEND IT AND STUFF CAUSE I see everyone getting this free paper and I’m just sitting here paying full price Thanks!

    • Nes

You fill out the simple form either online or on the receipt they give you. The receipt has all the information you need. Depending on the deal, the rebate will either be a Staples gift card or prepaid credit card usable anywhere. They are mailed to the address you give. Usually they take 6-8 weeks.

    • shopper

You first purchase the paper in store and give the coupon, the coupon generates the rebate form which is printed from the receipt machine. All the information, including how to submit by mail or online is explained on what prints.

    • Susan Sandidge

first you need to sign up for the staples reward card.

      • carmen

i didn’t sign up for the card and I assume I’m still getting my rebate. Right?

        • shopper

You don’t need to have their reward card to receive the rebate.

  2. Kathaleen

Can you use 2 of the same coupons on one item? Sorry to be so dense!

  3. Edwin

OHH I see will try that Thanks everyone!

  4. Melody

Quick question: Can you use the coupon multiple times? I was thinking of giving to friends and wondered if they were code specific like other printables, or if they could be copied and handed out.

    Thank you!

    • carmen

I’m pretty sure that the coupon (above) would have the same code for everyone since you access them from the main website, so yes, you can share.

  5. liezel

Yes love staples they always offer free paper..I just redeem my 50 gift card from discover hoping receive my gift card before the sales end..so I don’t have to spend out of pocket ..even if I missed it they always offer every week anyway..tnx collin

  6. liezel

Melody yup I believe so.they’re PDF..the same code..

  7. Caro

When someone does this deal, would you please post if they are offering the Staples gift card or the prepaid card? Thanks.

    • Melody

Caro- When it says easy rebate, that simply means its a mail in rebate type deal. Buy the paper and go to stapleseasyrebates.com and enter your info and receipt info. You’ll receive the full price back via check in the mail in 4-8 weeks! You can even track the rebate process! Super easy and nothing to actually mail in!!!

    • Christina

It is a Staples prepaid card. It will say “Staples easy reward card” on it with your name, but you can use it at any retailer that accepts Visa. HTH

      • Melody

You’re right! Double checked and the 5 ream deal is a prepaid card and single ream is a check! Thanks!! 😉

      • Caro

Thank you very much! 🙂 I have a reward card from before and didn’t know it could be used anywhere else. I was concerned because it says that the funds don’t expire, but they’ll start deducting fees after 08/14.

      • vicki

wouldn’t an easy reward card be only good at Staples? rather than if it says prepaid Visa or MC?

  8. Chloe

limit 2 coupons: Does this mean that you can do this deal twice and pay 32.00 and then reimbursed 32.00???
Then use one coupon for one single ream?

So for a total of 3 rebates?

    • Jjs turner

      Yes that is right.

  9. TLcarter

You do not need a staples rewards card. I do the easy rebates all the time. I don’t bother with the rewards the only stuff I get there is free stuff!

  10. Tawney

I have some staples rewards to use. Can I use it to buy the paper and still get the easy rebate? I always forget how that works. Thanks.

  11. Lolita

Are any of these deals something that can be done online, or are they just in store?

    • carmen

These coupons say “in-store” and there is no online coupon code on them.
Also, the 5-ream case above isn’t available online.

  12. imjustagirl

I use/pay with staple gift card, How do you get the rebate ?in gift card or points, are they expired ? Or get none, some employee said cash only.
Is there a list of which staple will be closed? I understand they are not closed as of now. That’s a shame, I like staple.

  13. Jacqueline

Keep an eye out for clearance deals too.I found pillow pets 50% off

  14. Michelle

When I did this rebate last time I received a check for the rebate amount… I just cashed the check from last time a few days ago:) The rebate is SUPER easy. Just do it on-line. Staples is awesome! I love their clearance:D

  15. Shelly

    Thank you!!

Can some one tell me where to find good deal on hp ink . I am in dire need to print my coupons and cannot get myself to pay 15$ per cartridge. I don’t have too many to recycle either. I was hoping to cash in on 4$ recycle rewards. Any help is appreciated.

    • Mae

Rite aid has great deals on ink

    • Caro

If you have a Cartridge World near you, they are a good place to get ink refills.

After our HP printer stopped working, we found out that printers should not be turned off everyday. When turned back on, they go through a cleaning cycle that clogs them up with ink and the jolt of electricity affected the print head. After checking with a independent computer repair shop, we found out that HP printers cannot be fixed. Both the repair shop and Cartridge World recommended Brother, which uses very little electricity when in standby mode. It has other good features, too, but it makes noises when printing.

      • carmen

Thanks for the info. I’ve only had HP and I knew there was something I didn’t like about them :). I’ll have to look into this.

  17. lj

I’m not understanding… How does the coupon take off 10.00? I printed the coupon, but it just says that it’s free after easy rebate. It doesn’t say anything about 9.99 off. Is there another coupon I need to print?

    • hema

Correct, I have the same question

      • Caro

Coupon says the 5-ream case is FREE after using the coupon and the easy rebate. It really doesn’t matter how much the coupon takes off, unless you are concerned how much OOP you pay up front. I assume that Collin knows that it will deduct $9.99, leaving $16.00 to be paid OOP.

        • carmen

Right, I did this today and the 5-ream coupon deducts 9.99, so you’d pay $16 plus tax at the store.

  18. Jennifer

I have to say that I LOVE these paper deals. I just delivered 30 reams of paper I got for free to my chiropractor who barters with us for adjustments! I keep some paper for myself of course (I mean…gotta have it to print the coupons 😉 but this helps me pay for adjustments when I wouldn’t be able to afford it otherwise! And last time I got some of the prepaid gift cards back I used them at my eye dr’s, this is how I use my money multiple times on things that otherwise don’t have discounts!

    • carmen

      This is awesome Jennifer :).

  19. carmen

Aw man, I just checked my receipt and saw I only got one coupon deducted. I bought two 5-packs and had 2 identical coupons, but the cashier handed one of them back to me and said I only needed one! Now I have to go back :(.
