Just a reminder! If you’re in need of more copy paper (possibly due to all of the *HOT* printable coupons that have been available lately!), then don’t forget that you can score LOTS of FREE copy paper this week at Staples (through March 15th).

    • Rach

      Very nice!

  2. Angela V.

Thank you! I just ran out of paper last night while printing coupons. Now if I could just find free print cartridges! ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Caro

Good luck! Let us know if you do.

    • Becky

Not free, but if you have a local Cartridge World you can get ink anywhere from 35-50% off retail.

    • trina

Refill it yourself! We do! About $2 per refill…just found even cheaper ink on Amazon, now it is literally $0.25 per refill! Best decision I ever made was to try to refill my cartridges myself! Been going it over 2 years now, no real problems! Found Ghent idea in comments on here year ago.

      • Kerry

Do you have a link of the, refill kit you use? ๐Ÿ™‚

I still haven’t received my mail in rebate from like January. I don’t like their rebate program like it takes too long

    • Brianne

You can check the status of your rebate online. I almost forgot to do my one from January & it was the first of February before I turned it in…only took 2.5-3 weeks to get it back.

    • S

I thought their reward program is awesome!! Just received two $42 Visa card from the last two times that I did.. Now the question is do I need more paper? =)

      I guess I could always donate =P

    • Blessed

I just received an easy rebate visa in mail from an online submission mid February. Go to easy rebate site and track it. From your “phrasing” if you actually mailed vs. completing on line that may be the delay.

      • Valerie

Thank you ladies. Im going to check it out online now

New to Staples, can I do 2 of the big deals in one transaction or do the big and little deals in one transaction? Thanks!

    • carmen

      I don’t understand the question…
If you’re asking if you can do both of the above deals in the same transaction, then yes. You can get up to two 5-ream packs (use two of the same coupon) and one Hammermill pack for “free” after rebate in a single transaction.
Since the 5-ream coupons states 2 per person, you’d probably not be allowed to do another transaction using a third coupon for the 5-ream packs. Some people, I assume, have their friends or family use the coupons or just go in on a different day to get the maximum of the 4 rebates per deal.

Hope that helps, but if not, please clarify.

      • Lin

Thank you Carmen, your answer helped me!

        • visitor3

          My toddler = 2nd customer.

          • carmen

visitor3…are you serious? Did that work? So your toddler did one of the transactions? ๐Ÿ™‚

  5. Jenn

Can I also combine a $10 off $40 coupon with the paper coupons?! Please help!

    • Tarri

i don’t think you can because you are using a coupon to get the 16.00 or 3.80 price.

  6. Kris

I’m so jealous. No Staples within 50 miles where I am. Boo…

  7. Kristie

I am not able to get to Staples until Saturday. Do they normally have these items stocked well? Thank you!

    • Ashley57

I can almost guarantee you the Hammermill paper will still be there, as this deal runs all the time and I have never seen them run out. Not sure about the other one, as it is not usually offered.

    • Lori Stevens

With paper, they always have tons in stock. You should be just fine!

      • Kristie

        Great! thanks ladies!

  8. me

Can you redeem the coupon on your phone??

    • Kristie

I just went to print the coupon and it states this at the top: Print this page or view on mobile device to redeem this offer in store.
You should be fine to show it on your phone! I love that stores accept them by showing your phone!

  9. Heather C.

Mine printed with a limit of 1!?

    • carmen

The HammerMill coupon is LIMIT 1, but the 5-ream should be LIMIT 2…click on the “See Disclaimer” to see it before you print. It says each item can only discounted by one coupon, but you can still use 2 of the same coupons for two of the same item.

  10. Pat

What coupon will deduct the $9.99 I only see coupons that say free paper?

    • carmen

The 5-ream case coupon takes off 9.99

  11. Adina

Okay, 5,000 pieces of free paper in my trunk. Bring on those coupons Collin – I’m ready to print!! ๐Ÿ™‚

  12. Juliet

Does anyone know where on the stapleseasyrebates.com checkout screen you can put that you bought 2 of one product (in this case the 5 ream staples paper). I see on the confirmation that the rebate is for a $16 Visa Check Card but I don’t see anywhere that it says for TWO $16 Visa Check Cards. Does it magically know because of the barcode on my rebate receipt that I entered in the easyrebate field? Thanks so much! I want this to end up really being free ๐Ÿ™‚

    • carmen

I just submitted mine and saw this:”Your initial entry will show only one product per rebate. Please check back in 24 hours for an update of the number of products.”
So you don’t need to add them separately–it should be done automatically like you said.

But right before I submitted the rebate for the two 5-ream cases, it showed $32, so something may not be right in your case. I suggest you first check your receipt and make sure both items are identical. Then check your REBATE RECEIPT and make sure both items are listed on the bottom as “Free after Easy Rebate and coupon.” If they both say that, and you still don’t see the $32 in a couple of days on the status page, you should probably email or call the rebate customer service.

Hopefully you won’t have to go back to the store like I did–the cashier only accepted one of my coupons and I didn’t notice until afterward that he only applied it once.

And after rebate, the paper isn’t “really” free since you don’t get back the taxes you paid on it, but I still think it’s worth the trouble. Good luck!

      • Juliet

Thanks so much Carmen! I didn’t see $32 anywhere. But when I track my rebate I do see the one Rebate for $16 show twice and the other Rebate for $3.50 show once, so I think I’ll be alright. I REALLY appreciate your reply, it was so helpful and kind. ๐Ÿ™‚ Yeah, I agree, I’ll pay the taxes, also I bought it in a pretty low tax area, it is like 3 or 4% I think. I love getting things free when it is all 100% legit!! No expired store coupons (that’s a pet peeve of mine), etc.. NICE!
