can anybody use the code SECRETEXTRA more than once? I thought it’s one Per Order but when I checkout for my 2nd order it says “Offer code SECRETEXTRA can only be used once per customer. Our records show that this code has already been used”. Also I’m having trouble using the free shipping code FOREVER14 with ANGELMAR.

Had 12 pairs of Pink undies in my cart but removed them all at checkout when the shipping came out to $10.99. I am sorry but I refuse to pay that much to be shipped lightweight undies. I am beginning to dislike Victoria’s secret due to their shipping costs.

I Just called customer service because i could not checkout with angelmar free panty code, they told me that you have to have one reg. priced item in your cart in order to take advantage of that offer. I too am trying to get my freepanty and my 2 secretreward cards let me know if you have a good scenario. You must hit 10 in your subtotal before tax to take advantage of the secretreward

Just got my package in the mail today, only received one reward card, not happy and will be calling to find out what went wrong with the order.
Called and the customer service was more than happy to correct the error. They are emailing my second card to me. You should call and inquire about yours, the number is 800-888-1500, say orders or press 1 to speak to someone. They’re very friendly. =)
One of my items were backorder so I got 2 when I got the first order. Then they also sent me another one when I got the back order item. So I actually got 3 with this deal. I still have one item that is backn order so im wondering if one will come in there.
