you just have to spend the amount of the gift card but you can only use one gift card per transaction
this varies as well — I had 8 cards last time and I split my order in 8 transactions and the cashier was like — we can do it all at once — saved a ton of time — but I am sure YMMV
Yes it has to be at least $10. I always go for the cheaper stuff by the counter. I like to get the laundry stuff like great smelling cold water wash for $12. But I am not sure what the price is of those right now.
It’s like a $10 gift card, spend on anything $10 or more. Yours could be worth more, tho! It’s worth a minimum of $10. There is very limited time to use it tho, so don’t let it expire! The cashiers have offered to use multiples on one transaction with the rule of “number of giftcards can equal number of items purchased”. Hope this true at all stores.

I read the fine print on all my rewards cards and none of them say you have to spend a certain amount to use it.
Actually you don’t even have to spend 10 when redeeming the reward cards…it is just like a gift card except anything left on the card will expire. If you wanted a pair of undies that were $8.50 you could purchase them with a reward card.

If you are purchasing multiple items, I have been allowed to use multiple cards = number of items purchased.
In store the managers have allowed me to use multiple cards on a single item. It just depends on each store I believe.

I’ve loved Victoria Secret bras until recently. Three months ago I ordered three different styles, and all of them have under wires that dig into my breasts. They are very pretty, but completely useless since I can’t wear them for more than a couple hours. If you look closely at their online catalog, they dig into the models’ breasts also. Just a heads up to try them on in store. By the way, yes they are the correct size I’ve had two bra fittings in the past 6 months, with no change in size.

I have a ton of VS bras in a variety of styles and have had no issues with the underwire. I wear a 32C though so I can’t say the same for ladies with a larger bust size. They do have wireless bras too if you would still like the quality of VS bras w/o the wiring.
I mentioned a problem with a bra once to the clerk and she told me they will take almost anything back, no matter how old or used it is! I would definitely try. She said they probably wouldn’t give you full value, but anything is better than having 3 bras you can’t wear. She was super helpful.

I get all the catalogs too and mine never have them as well. Apparently it’s a “random” thing if you get a catalog w/ a coupon or not, but I’m a long time customer at VS so I think they’ve just stopped marketing to me bc I’m already a loyal customer, which stinks because I really would use all those perks compared to someone who is a newer customer or doesn’t like VS at all in general.
I found the codes in my catalogs on the two pages in the center of the catalog on the right page edge. The little print on the front of the catalog says to look on those pages. Maybe you guys are missing them. I was at first.

In my experience, you can return in the store. They put your returns in a mailer to send back to…..the bra return place?!? I have never had to give back free undies or secret rewards with my returns.
I cannot speak for even exchanges! I don’t know if they do price adjustments if you use an online coupon.

Not in my area but I heard others saying they were doing so in their areas.
$15 rewards gift card I mentioned in my post above is different from their secret rewards card. The $15 gift card was given out last week or so to those that purchased 2 full priced bras. The secret rewards card worth $10 won’t be redeemable until end of March. And yes, some stores are doing the secret rewards differently as part of VS research ~ some are not even participating, while others are doing $10 off $30 purchase, and thankfully some are doing the normal way at least $10 off purchase. Call your local store or VS customer service to see how it will be done for you.
Someone posted that their card said that too and another one said that their store was not giving out any cards…vs is trying to see if there is a difference in sales with this program.

I am SO excited! I just ordered a bathing suit on clearance and was able to get my size which is NEVER in stock in stores. I found the PERFECT type of top for me and matching bottoms!!!
