I COULD NOT GET THE FREESHIP TO WORK? HELP!! 🙂
Part of my order got canceled for no reason. The items are still available on the website at the same price, but the free shipping code won’t work now. Lame.
FYI … I emailed customer service to ask why my order was canceled, and here was a relevant sentence from the response:
“Our warehouses don’t refresh fast enough for the website and unfortunately many items still look available.”
They suggested I call to check availability before ordering. Which seems ridiculous for ecommerce in 2014, right? The items I purchased still show up as available on the site (after 24 hours) but they say they are unavailable. Frustrating.
Just a head’s up … just because you can buy something doesn’t mean they actually have it in stock!
