how do the sizes usually run? Large? Small? My daughter normally wears a 13, not sure if I should go down or up a size…
i find them to run true to size
They run very big. I wear a 7.5 and I had to get a 6 in my Toms. And my daughter wears a toddler size 10 and I had to get her a toddler 8. Definitely buy a smaller size.

On a side note, I LOOOOVE Toms shoes. Hubby got me a pair for my birthday last year, and I can’t stop buying them ever since. Seriously so comfortable.
Anyone know if these are good walking shoes? My kids & I are going on a 2 month trip in Europe and will be doing a lot of walking here & there. Was thinking about getting us all a few and maybe adding some shoe inserts?
They’re very comfortable, I wear them to work where I am on my feet 7-8 hours with small walking distances. If you were to wear them for extended walking/traveling I would definitely be sure to add inserts for additional support. While comfortable they are pretty flat on the interior and would likely hurt if you’re exploring/walking ALL day in them.
I use mine at Disneyland all the time, I would get inserts though just in case.

The items I looked at all said “NO RETURNS ON THIS ITEM”. Am I the only one to be concerned about this? To me not being able to return something (especially clothing that might not fit perfectly) is a complete deal breaker.
I think this is they way they are for everything. I would rather buy them locally for a few bucks more and make sure they fit unless I knew they would be easy to give or sell to someone else.

I tried going into the sale this morning – less than 48 hours from the time I got the original email – and the sale is already over?? Is this true? I’m not used to Zulily sales being done so quickly. Can any of you out there confirm you were successful in placing an order??

I emailed Zulily and this is the response I just got: “The event went live when you received your email, 10am PST and was available until amounts were sold out. In this case, the event ended within a few hours of going live. We apologize for the confusion with this, short lived TOMS event.” 🙁 I wish they would have said something in the email about it being such limited quantities. All of the past TOMS events never sold out this quickly!
