Just curious, does CVS start their sales on Saturday night like some other stores and will the ECB’s print on Saturday?

Yes some stores do start their sales on Saturday night specially those that are not 24 hrs and have to close.
The store that I go to switches the deals around 4-5 pm so you can go ahead and get the deals for both weeks that day and the cool thing is that their inventory gets replenished on Friday .
I like to go around 7 pm and all the labels for Sunday are up already so it’s easier in case the system doesn’t print the ecb’s I can always let them the sign “said so” and for the current week the ad is still there . Usually never have issues but just in case 🙂
I usually scan one item that will be on sale just to confirm the system is up an running, because they don’t openly advertise that the deals are up.
