I received an email from Hallmark Baby with a different promotion code to use HELLO15. I just tried with no luck the expiration date reads 7/1/14. I’m a member of Hallmark Crown Rwards so I asdume that’s how they had my information. They will be getting a call from me tomorrow. 🙁
I already emailed. I went straight from my hallmark email i rcvd and there are no restrictions whatsoever. Unacceptable. Im sure they’ll probably say it was for members only (like the baby book promo a few weeks ago).

Yeah, it’s confusing. I got the same email as a rewards member and then I got another one advertising free shipping (no exclusions anywhere in the email, read it over several times) however when I went to check out it said free shipping on orders of $75 or more. I emailed customer service who apologized and said I could order and they would reimburse me shipping costs. I think they are very new to their clothing line and there are some kinks they need to work out.

I went on a chat with them and they said they will honor the free shipping, but you have to call the 800 number for some reason rather than just having the code work like it’s suppose to…
