The form keeps telling me to enter my date of birth even though I’ve filled it out. I’ve tried 2 different browsers.
Did the same thing to me Dan. I switched my month to October (10) and it worked. There must be a glitch in the month part for those born in the first 2/3’s of the year

I had to use later month date and a day later in the month for it to work.
