I HIGHLY recommend the makeup removing wipes in the blue package. They get off all traces of makeup, including mascara! They are super moist. *Tip is to store them face down, that ensures the top wipe is always wet. 😉 These are the only wipes I use.

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Wow! Thanks for the awesome tip, Jennifer! 🙂

    • katie

I agree! They are the best make up removing wipes I have ever used!

    • Lori

Thanks for the tip 🙂 I can’t believe I never thought of that!

      • Jennifer

You’re welcome, Lori! There is nothing worse than a dried out wipe!

    • amy

Are they part of the buy 3 get 1 free. How much does a pack normally cost?

      • Jennifer

Amy, I haven’t been to Target yet, so I’m not sure if the blue ones are part of the deal. However, I believe they are normally around the $3.84 price as listed on the ones above, BUT the blue ones are 30 count vs 25 count. 😉

        • Carm

I noticed at my target the travel sized blue wipes are a little cheaper. Only a dollar or so for 10 wipes. I also like to use these and they work great for sensitive skin.

    • Enya

      I ended up paying 0.48 cents a piece !
It is priced $1.34 but when I scanned it, it showed .64 cents …. buy 3get 1free so it became 0.48 cents a pc … i didn’t know there’s a cw and mobile offer … without it , it is still a good deal compared to reg price of $4.49 each 😇Lesson learned: ALWAYS SCAN FOR PRICE CHK 🙂

  2. Amy

Not marked at my store and not placed with the other wipes (higher stuff and further down the aisle). Got 8 of them. I use 1-2 wipes a day in the summer.

    • Amy

Meant to say placed on a higher shelf.

      • Amy

Last post.. I promise. I noticed when they scanned my mobile coupons, it took off three coupons. I just went down the list. I didn’t buy anything else on there. I bought eight wipes (two were free) and it took off three up & up qs (facial, soap and beauty item) for a total of $2.50 off.

        • Lauren

yes! that happened to me too!

  3. Elizabeth

I did not see these at this price at my target. I saw the b3g1 signs but nothing priced this low. And I definitely looked at all of them in the aisle because they didnt have the Ponds wipes I had been using so I was looking at everything to find something similar.

  4. emilywakehouse

I didn’t have anywhere else to post this but I have $10 off online order Victoria’s Secret code that I am not going to use. Expires July 24th. There’s some great deals going on right now with the “BONUS30” code as well. I would like to trade for Starbucks, Amazon, Groupon, – anything really. Just email me soccerjormond07@gmail.com thanks!

  5. Ally

Full price at my target in indiana

    • Amy

Priced at $3.84 for me but scanned at the $1.14 price. We rarely get the regional deals so I was happy with this find.

  6. Niki

I use baby wipes as makeup removers they work amazing !! Just wanted to share, it’s a little cheaper

    • Abigail

I do too! My favorite is the Up&Up brand baby wipes that are fragrance free. They work great for makeup removal.

  7. Stefanie

So is the $1.14 price a clearance price or a price cut? I just got home from Target but may have to swing by tomorrow to get some of these!

  8. Jane

I saw it last week for 1.14 as well. But last week they had the 1$ target printable coupon so I paid .14 for them. The green package remover is not my favorite. It doesn’t remove my eyeliner.

  9. Guest

Couldn’t you just buy one at $1.14, use a $1/1 mobile q and pay .14?

    • coupons

      Thats what im wondering

      • Guest

I think so! Cheaper than .56 unless you just need to stock up

    • Stefanie

I would imagine so, but if you need more/use them often, it’s a really good deal to get four for around 50 cents each 🙂

    • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Yes, you could just purchase 1, use the$1/1 Target mobile coupon AND the 5% off Cartwheel, which would make your final cost only 8¢! I just updated the post!

  10. Erin

    Full price in Virginia Beach.

    • couponer

      • Abigail

        • Collin (Mrs. Hip)

Hello! Yes, you could just purchase 1, use the$1/1 Target mobile coupon AND the 5% off Cartwheel, which would make your final cost only 8¢!

          • couponer

Can you buy more then one

            • jac

Only if you had more than one Target mobile coupon (would need to shop w/ someone else who also had the coupon–Target mobile coupons can only be used once, and each phone can only get one of each coupon).

  11. Rebecca

Full price at my Utah store.

  12. Ladydi

I’ve had trouble receiving txts from Target. Anytime I txt offers I get TARGET: Sign up for Target Mobile Coupons at https://target.com/cp Msg&data rates may apply
But, I receive all other txts … Any idea?

    • Monica

I have the same problem. I can never sign up for mobile coupons, they have never worked for me. I even contacted Target about it. They tried to be very helpful, but they could not get them to work either.

    • steph

try texting ‘help’ and see if you can contact someone or ask on target.com. Perhaps there is something wrong in Target’s system on how they send it to your phone.

  13. claudia

    Thanks Collin!!
I did 3 separate transactions and each transaction came out to $1.46!!!
For some reason the mobile coupon took off 2 $1 coupons making the total 1.46! (Sadly I forgot to use my cartwheel! But still an AMAZIING.

    • claudia

      *still an AMAZING DEAL!!!
Cant wait to go back tomorrow and buy more!!! =D

  14. Mia

  15. Diana

Off topic but another good deal at target is j&j no more tangles shampoo- $2.99-25% cartwheel- $1 mq (found inside first aid kit booklets) or $0.75 mq on coupons.com= $1.24 :)☀️

  16. Kalie

    • Suzyq

      Text “offers” to 827-438

  18. Michelle

My Target in Centerville, UT is not offering the sale price for the wipes.

  19. Suzyq

Btw if you don’t see these with all the regular face wipes check by the Simple brand ones. That’s where they were at my store…but full price 🙁

  20. Laura

Where are you finding these wipes? I only find the 30 ct ones in the makeup section. They are the b3g1 but for $3.89 each!

  21. Brooke

These are 3.84 at my Target in WV 🙁

  22. melane

My 1.00 OFF coupon actually doubled so I got the four packs for 1.53. Forgot to use my cartwheel discount but still happy.

    • mel

There is another UP&UP mobile offer that attaches to the wipes. So you might want to go through your list and see that 2 coupons were redeemed. Mobile coupons never double.

  23. Katey

I found 15 count packages of the makeup remover wipes at my target for $1.99. They weren’t signed, but rang up as part of the deal. I bought 4, and used $1.00 mobile coupon. Register also took off the $0.50 coupon for up and up hand soap? (I’ll take it)! Ended up at $1.02 a pack after cartwheel. I was happy because it was cheaper than I normally pay for a 30 pack on a per wipe cost. Also had a $2 Shopkick gift card so these were super cheap for me! Thanks for posting the deal!

    • Katey

Also…The 15 count packaged looked different….had polka dots all over and were on the aisle end cap.

  24. Rachiejordi

Full price and not b3g1 in ny :((
