I don’t think so, especially if you have an ulta nearby where you can use a manufacturer coupon and an ulta coupon.
Can it be used on sale items, because I received an email today for 40% off. I love all their products, they always send samples with your order.

QUESTION: would it be a better deal to purchase one of the items being sold on Zulily with the weekend free shipping or buy the voucher to use at the yes.to website with a shipping charge?
I bought the $10 for $20 gift card & am sorry I did! NOT a good deal at all. You can’t use it on sale items. Just went to ULTA, they have their yes to products buy one get one 50% off, you can use an ULTA coupon from their website & a yes to coupon from their website for a MUCH butter deal!
