Link is only to product listing. Is there a best buy page that has the info? Thanks!

My husband and I went there last night and spent 2 hours waiting for them to tell us there is nothing they can do. For the first hour we were waiting for someone who knew how to do the trade in as no one else knew how and those that did were busy. After an hour they said The PS3 wasn’t coming up in their system to receive the deal. They called corporate and corporate indicated that it had to be at least a 250 gb PS3. After 2 hours they looked at us and said though they agree that it should be any PS3 there is nothing they can do because it isn’t working in their system. I would love to hear how this worked out for others.

You’re almost better off selling it on Craigslist or going to a disc replay and just getting the money.

And as a reminder all of your Xbox 360 games will NOT work on the Xbox One. It is not backwards compatible. And if like my boys you have saved game content you will loose it in most cases. For example Infinity or Skylander stuff. Minecraft has a way to transfer information but it requires you having both systems on hand.
