A bit bummed! I know we don’t get enough snow down south to justify owning a snow shovel, but…. this would have been great for my hubby to use to clean out the chicken coop!!!

Let’s hope we don’t need that! My brother used to live in Alaska and when he moved back to FL he brought the snow shovel. When we moved from FL to SC he gave it to us. It is the most super duper snow shovel you have ever seen. I guess you can only get those in Alaska!

I stopped at the Sears in Enfield, CT & they had 4 of these shovels. Their store didn’t even show them as being in inventory. It took a while but they “price matched” their own ad! I had to persist a bit, as it was a young man & he didn’t seem to want to bother going out of his way. It was ringing up at $19.99, however another associate looked it up on-line & it showed the $6.99. There was some confusion because it looked like the price was $14.62, however that was because it automatically included the shipping. Once they clicked on store pick-up, it went to the $6.99. They had to have a mgr. override it because it didn’t show up in their inventory. I’m glad I stopped – it’s a great shovel – very light, yet sturdy.
