Yes, don’t waste your time on Kohls anymore today! I have tried the website multiple times in 3 different browsers and had issues everytime. I have even tried calling the Customer Service number and have been on hold for over 20 minutes. Such a bummer for all the great deals they have going on today, but not worth it. Hope they get it together before the Black Friday deals. 🙂

If you are on a mobile device it only lets you use 2 codes but if you use a pc you can use up to 4 codes.

OMG….I had my cart full just browsing had plenty of time to check out, but waited and low and behold the site crashed…..ugh!!!!
After a busy day of work, yard work and stuff for kids, I spend over an hour picking items out for my pregnant 18 year old daughter and presto, cart goes empty and site goes down. What a waist of time.

I would have to agree with you. If they don’t like what you gave them, they can’t exchange it. My sister-in-law asked for something specific and it had a rebate but they had to be mailed before we met to exchange gifts. I sent the rebates in but I sent them to her house, as part of her gift.

If the checkout button on the top nav bar isn’t working, click on Edit Shopping Bag. There will be a checkout button on that screen. I got it to work that way since it wouldn’t work from the top nav bar.

So frustrating! Spent 90 minutes attempting to place an order online. Tried multiple browsers, but no luck. Gave up and called Kohl’s to place the order by phone only to discover that they had closed for the night. Sent customer service an e-mail. Really frustrated!!

They have always told me that any shopping in th kohls cash time frame can be combined.Just call them
