It actually says that it IS valid on popcorn/soda combos.
I used the 25 percent off today and it does work on the combo.
I was also never aware until recently that they will give you a small “kids cup” of popcorn free. I assume you have to have a small child with you.
Darn! I’m sitting at the Target Cafe eating their popcorn as I see this post. Don’t you hate it when you buy something and then find a coupon for it right after. I guess the $0.32won’t kill me. ☺

I am bummed out that they turned our Target cafe into a Starbucks. Starbucks is great, but nothing beats a big pretzel and an icee when you’re shopping with your kiddos!
