Calling all you Amazon Mom members! As I mentioned here, Amazon Mom recently made some changes to the program effective November 11th. In addition to announcing these changes, there was a promise that all Amazon Mom members would snag a FREE $30 credit in November. Well, I am happy to report that the credit has arrived!

If you’re a current Amazon Mom member, check your Inbox for an email with the Subject Line “Claim Your Subscribe & Save Credit from Amazon Mom” from the email address store-news@amazon.com. If you did indeed receive this email, scroll down and click the Claim Your Credit button to activate your credit. The credit will be automatically applied when a new Subscribe & Save subscription ships and any remaining credit will be automatically applied to subsequent deliveries of that subscription until no credit remains or until May 9, 2015, whichever comes first.

Did YOU receive this $30 credit?

(Thanks, Carrie, Kanani, Marlene, Bonny, and Angela!)

  3. zoe

    i received 15 as well…..

  5. melinda kern

$15 but it’s better than nothing!

  6. Patty

    I received a $15 credit towards subscribe & save. I’m happy!

  7. Diana

  8. Tabitha

    I got $30!

  9. Jessie

    I got 30

  10. Heather

    $30!!! Hello diapers!

  11. Amie

I got nothing :(. I’m the main Prime account holder, have Amazon Mom, and have been doing Subscribe & Save orders for over a year. It’s very frustrating that Amazon seems to offer certain promotions only to certain people even if they meet all the criteria for the promotion!

    • Amanda C

Exact same situation here!!!!! Very frustrating!

    • Mrs. Waller

      Same here. :-/

    • April

Me too. I emailed customer service. I’m just genuinely curious why I don’t qualify.

  12. jenn

Well this is nice, it is not what they originally promised. Here is the exact text from my email from them: As a valued Amazon Mom member we will issue you a $30 credit to be used towards existing or new Subscribe & Save subscriptions. We will provide information on how to access this credit in a separate email in early November.

Would have been nice to use it on all my existing subscriptions, rather than a new one and only that one.

    • jenn

I guess I could always cancel and re-add, but the email specifically stated new OR existing.

    • Margie

I have been an Amazon member since 2011…I received NOTHING! I would have been happy with it being offered on future orders!

  13. Julie

I received $30 but when I try to activate it, it says invalid.

    • Lynn

      Same thing here.

      • M

I tried to add on mobile and it didn’t work but the link worked just fine on a desktop. If you were trying on a mobile phone, maybe try a computer?

        • Lynn

Just tried on laptop. Still invalid:( contacted CS and they had not a clue what I was talking about. Frustrating.

          • Nydia

I called customer service twice. No one has any idea what I was calling about. The first lady told me it was spam and I should delete the email. Forty minutes later I tried on my laptop instead of my phone and it worked fine. Yay!

            • Lynn

Ok. Called CS again and was advised it was already in my account. I didn’t have to enter the code that kept stating “invalid code”.
Ordered a new sub and save and yes, it was there. Hope this helps everyone that had the same invalid message as me.

    • Dayna

      Same here!

  14. Marilyn

    I received $30. 🙂

  15. Cassandra

I got one for $30! Everything helps, especially with our third little one on the way.

  16. Amy

To redeem it use this link, https://www.amazon.com/gp/mom/redemption Mine said it was only $15, but used it on the Nivea Bodywash and was able to get 12 bottles of Nivea for free, and then 3 more bottles for 2.75

    • Angelbb0425

When you used that link where did you type in your code? I tried mine & it said invalid

    • Julie

I tried that link, thanks. It was the same as the email. Still says invalid.

    • Alana Mobley

This link made my code work! Thank you so much! 🙂

  17. mom2six

    Didn’t get it. 🙁

  18. djude83

Sweet! We got $30. What a blessing!

  19. Amy H.

    Nothing.

  20. AB

I received $30. I had PRIME before signing up for Amazon Mom, so I wonder if that has something to do with it?

    • Lolita

Nah, I had Amazon mom before signing up for Prime (and then it expired, and then I resigned up for Prime) and I also got the $30. I use Amazon a lot! I don’t think a weeks goes by where we don’t get something from Amazon, and I always have more than 5 items in subscribe and save, baby and not baby (2 kids in diapers)… I don’t just shop the deals that come up on sites like this. Not sure if that is related, but maybe?

  21. Grace

    I got $15! I’ll take it!

  22. Christina

    I got $15

  23. allison a

I got it, but I would much rather keep getting the 20% discount for five plus orders a month. I think the $30 was for those of us who are amazon prime, amazon mom and did 5 s&s orders a month.

    • Amie

I agree, I would rather have the 20%. In regards to why some people might be getting the credit and not others I don’t think that’s right. I’ve been a prime holder for over a year, have amazon mom, and have had many more then 5 S & S order every month-haven’t missed a month. I don’t just ordering the inexpensive things that pop up on deal/bargain websites. I order things that we use every month and I didn’t receive a credit. This is why I said it frustrates me. For example last year they offered a great deal on certain Kindles but they only offered it to certain people. Their seemed to be no reasoning as to who was getting it. People were doing live chats trying to figure out what the criteria was and everyone was people told different things. I feel that if they are offering a deal they need to clearly state the criteria needed to qualify or it should be available to everyone. I don’t understand the picking and choosing.

      • Margie

I agree as I am in the same boat and have not received ANY of the offers they send out. Maybe we are too loyal!

        • allison a

That’s just not right. I assumed that all people who had been doing this would get the credit. Ridiculous it is not across the board. I’m sorry ladies.

    • eas

I got the $30 also, have amazon prime, amazon mom, and almost always had 5 or more orders each month. I agree that it seems like the $30 went to those people.

      • eas

I meant to say to random people, not to those people.

  24. Beth

I can’t get my code to go through! Help! I even tried the link someone posted.

    • Angelbb0425

      Same here!

  25. Ashley

I received the $30. Of course my Prime expires in a couple of days ha. Almosttttt tempting to renew since I could look at it as $69 instead of $99 for the fee, but I think with Target offering free shipping, I think I may hold off for right now. Just not sure I can justify the cost! :\

  26. Debbie

Very nice of them as they didn’t “have” to do anything! Yay for free $$ 🙂

  27. Jennifer M

I love happy emails! Got the $30!! Yay!

  28. Tash

I didn’t even know about Amazon Mom until this post. I just went to Amazon (Ihave Prime) and it said I can join for free. Wish I had known this ages ago!

  29. Sarah

$30 thanks! I would have missed this email because I tend to ignore almost all of the stuff that I get from amazon.

  30. Jenna

I was disappointed that I didn’t get the credit but then I checked in my junk e-mail and there it was!! So if you don’t think you got it, check your junk folder first. Thanks Collin, I would have missed out!

  31. Megan

    $30 here, so happy!

  32. karenlsummers1@gmail.com

got $30 but having trouble activating – suggestions?

    • karenlsummers1@gmail.com

got it! had to use laptop rather than mobile device!

  33. Katie

I got $30. I think it’s because I’ve perviously had 5 or more subscriptions a month. They didn’t give out the credit the way I anticipated but I decided I can use it to get two months free of claritin for my son so can’t complain with that!

  34. Bri

I got $15 but was promised $30. I’m gonna have a chat with Amazon

    • Margie

In your chat…ask why some of us received zero!

      • Dawn

I emailed that I didn’t get it and they just emailed me back that they were sorry and put it in my account 🙂 Hopefully it’s there 🙂

  35. sara

    Wow thanks! I had a $30 credit.

  36. Bree

Thanks for the heads up. I might have just scrolled on by my $30!

  37. Courtney

Thanks Colin! My e-mail had been sent to my SPAM folder. I would have missed it if I didn’t receive your heads up. I received $15. I wonder how they make their decision on your credit?

  38. Jamie E

I just called Amazon bc I only received the $15 credit and the lady was really nice and said that we should be getting $30 so applied the rest to my account for me.

  39. Kelly

Yay I got my $30 credit!!

  40. Devon

I got $30 and I can’t even tell you how much this means to me! I’m expecting in January, am out of a job and am trying desperately to stockpile cheap diapers- this is amazing! I got a huge pack of Pampers for a little over $6, which I covered with Swagbuck gift cards. I NEVER would have even known I had the credit if it wasn’t for you, Collin!

    Thank you!!!!!!! 🙂

  41. Ashley

I’ve been a prime/Mom member since 2011 and nothing. The live chat agent is clueless too.

  42. Tracy

Thanks for this post. I almost missed it in my inbox.

  43. Lucy

I got $30 and bought pull ups. Am I crazy that I’m excited about free diapers?

  44. Tamie

Awesome! Got a $30 credit and subscribed to some San Francisco breakfast blend coffee and got the whole 80 pack of K-Cups for 20 cents!! Very cool!

  45. Heather H.

I got the $30 credit…I made sure it was applied to my order before I placed it, not ALL Subscribe & Save products qualified. I ordered THREE 6-packs of Homestyle Kraft Macaroni & Cheese, clipped the coupon that was available, and it only cost me 73 cents out of pocket. Thanks, Collin! Here’s the link to the product I ordered

  46. Nora

Thank you for giving us the heads up to check our email for this! What an awesome time of year for a $30 to Amazon!!! YAYYYY!!!!!!!

  47. Claire

Thank you so much for posting this! I got it! This will be such a help towards diapers!

  48. Amberly

Booo…per rep. Not all customers were eligible. You didn’t have any live subscriptions you don’t get any. Hmmm fishy.

    • Ashley

Hmmm…apparently not true because I have an active subscription and have been a mom member since ’11 (with prime) and didn’t get it. The rep I chatted with today told me she forwarded my info to the marketing/promo dept., and they would email back, so who knows.

      • Amanda C

Same here, I always have an active subscription for diapers and still didn’t receive it.

  49. casey

    huge help! got $30!!

  50. Catherine

I got $30! I do S&S fairly regularly for diapers and such. I stocked up on other items last month using the coupons they offered. Was real nice to stack the coupons with the S&S savings and never have to leave my home. I live in a rural area without many retailers nearby, so it helps a lot to have Amazon. I’ve been Amazon Mom/Prime for a couple years now.
