Head on over to Staples.com where they are offering up this Custom Pre-inked Stamp for only $4.99 (regularly $22.99!). NOTE that when you click on the ‘Get Started’ link, you will need to scroll down and select the $4.99 option – which is the 3/4″ x 2″ size (as pictured below). The other sizes start in price at $18.99.
Even better, you’ll be able to opt for FREE in-store pickup during the checkout process. You’ll just need to select a Staples location nearby. Keep in mind that shipping to home does not appear to be an option.

It looks like the “Self-Inking” and “Pre-inked” items are both on sale (where it says Select Item)…what’s the difference?
They look different, but they both have the ink included, right?
Looks like the self inking are the ones that flip upside down inside themselves to hit the stamp on the ink pad… the pre inked…have the ink in the bottom which you ink yoursef…. that’s my understanding 🙂
Items are showing up as $4.99 in cart, but $22.95 at checkout. No additional changes made. Perhaps the deal ended at 12am PST?
Finally got the deal to work AND was able to customize!
The magic number seems to be in the ordering of three stamps. Less than this and the stamps revert back to full price. Not sure why this is the case, but the site is pretty glitchy.

Worked for me just now. I only bought one–well, I should say “ordered” since I don’t pay until I pick it up.
I had no issues on my PC–then again, I started the process before midnight :). I was in a hurry, so I decided not to attempt to customize it too much, but it looked like I could have changed the ink color and added a photo/logo for no charge.

I just ordered 2 and they both were 4.99 ea. I ordered them as stocking stuffers for my daughters. I put just their names on it, no address. Also, if you want a custom image, there is a small option at the bottom of the screen (when choosing the words and images for “advanced editing”). Then you can google “_______ silhouette” and find an image that would work well for a stamp. After you find the image and save it to your computer then when you add/edit image, there is a tab at the top “my computer” where you can find the image you saved. I found a hibiscus flower for one daughter and a zebra print heart for the other. I know they’re going to have a blast personalizing everything 😉
Thanks for the tip on adding a design. Got one for my daughter, who thinks she is a teacher (she’s 10 🙂 ) and a “Where’s George” one for my son. Great for Christmas gifts!
And if you are thinking about ordering more than one, you might want to do it separately. I got a 25% off code in my confirmation email.
I was excited when you said you got a 25% off in your confirmation email so I only ordered one so I could use the 25 off on the next order. Sadly, the 25% off doesn’t apply to same day, in store pick up which is what these stamps are. Thanks for looking out for others, though!

Worked for me! i only ordered 1 stamp.
I got one of these on a previous deal – we chose to put our kids name/address on the stamp because we already had one for the family. We have used their stamp when we send thank you notes from them.

Did you select the $4.99 one from the initial list? Also, be sure not to select any of the add-ons if you want to keep the price at $4.99.
I would suggest calling your local Staples to make sure they have the stamp in stock. I ordered mine this morning at 9am PST and I just received a call from my pickup store saying that they do not have these stamps in stock. Bummer.

Yeah, it looks like it’s up to $9.99 and I don’t see the one pictured above on the website at all.
I ordered mine a few days ago and barely picked it up today, and I didn’t get the blue one, so I guess they ran out. Good news for me though, the store is having a 20% what-you-fit-in-the-bag promotion this week and the discount applied to my stamp.
