Is anyone actually having luck with these surprise points coming off at checkout? If so, can you advise on what to do? I’ve spent way too much time with customer service, & no one so far has helped. 🙁
I am having the same problem. It shows that I have $4.00 in surprise points when I spend $15. I have over $22.00 in my cart and the $4.00 isn’t coming off. 🙁
I purchased boys pajamas with the cyber25 coupon code while chatting online with a representative. I gave them the order number and they said they would refund the 5.00 in surprise points when I pick up my order.
I got $5 but it is not coming off at check out. Why is this not working? Has anyone had any luck?
I am having the same issues as all of you. I add items to my cart and my $5 in surprise points does not appear. I even logged into shop my way and searched the “redeem my points” items and it still didn’t work. If anyone figures out the problem, please let us know. Thanks!
Call cs. They are aware of the surprise points issue and will credit your account the points.
What number, Sherry? I spent time talking to CS for SYWR & k-mart with no help at all. Did you have to place your order over the phone or they just credit your account so you can order online?
I didn’t place an order. I called swyr cs the phone number listed on the website. I waited on hold but the woman who helped me knew of the problem and added points to my account immediately.
same thing for me too. Call 1-800-991-8708 (Nicole) and she instantly credited my account with the $3 (points now good for one year instead of Dec 10). Great.
For everyone that was having problems with their points showing up at checkout earlier…it’s working now! 🙂

Still not working for me. They told me on the phone they couldn’t do anything after an hour (hung up on twice by customer service agents) it’s like forget it.
I tried around 11 am mst, and nothing even CS could do nothing. Now it worked on the same product I tried earlier.

It’s finally working for me, but now the Frozen pillowcase I had wanted is not available for store pick up even though it was this morning. Darn!
I didn’t g wet any my husband got $3, but u did get a 10 off 10 purchase for jcpenney. In the mail today to use in the week and also received an email from dsw got 2 $10 certificate to use in store or online yay!
I can’t get my points to work either. I noticed it said this about the points “Only Items sold by Sears or Kmart. Excludes Lands’ End, Food, Household Cleaning, Beauty, Stationery, Health, Pharmacy Items, all coupons, clearance and other surprise points.” But even adding something not in that category it still won’t work.
Mine wasn’t working at first either. I finally was able to make an order at like midnight! I got 2 kids shirts for my niece with my $10 surprise points. Try it now 😉

I finally called cs (1-800-991-8708). The phone tree was a bit frustrating, but once I made it through to a rep, they added my points to my balance (instead of keeping them as surprise points). I spoke with Michelle, and she fixed it right away.
