Yes, but unfortunately the VS system doesn’t change them to being used fast enough so unfortunately your order may show $10 taken off but later you will get an email showing it didn’t take the $10 because the card was used. I guess whoever literally uses it first will get the $10 off and everyone else will be charged. It’s to bad everyone doesn’t post which code they used, so no one tries to use it again.
I hope this doesn’t happen to me. I recieved an email for my order confirmation. I used a code that was posted.

It will not reflect until the order is fully processed. The code can be entered more than once. But if someone has already used it, when the order goes all the way thru the $10 credit won’t be applied and you will be charged the full amount.
It happened to me 🙁 I also got the confirmation email that I had only been charged 85 cents but today I checked and it charged me the full $10. I just emailed them to see if I can get a refund.
I am in the same boat I specifically left a thank you message & code which I had used but someone already used them before me & didn’t even bother to left a comment.

Same thing happened to me. They never replied to my email, sigh, I guess I’ll just have to pay the full price. The confirmation said 85 cents as well and now I just checked and it did not use the 10 dollar code. What the hell, there was like 80 codes how could they have all been used? Maybe someone who was inconsiderate and did not even bother to tell anyone which codes they used.

My local vs won’t accept $10 src unless you make $30 purchase even through the card itself says $10/$10. They said they changed it in their store. So many people were upset and didn’t make any purchase. I also left and told them I’ll simply use my cards online. So disappointed in their change of policy on the spot.

It’s not a sob story. Actually it’s a happy one because I truly am very proud of my mom:) It’s ok though. If she wants to give me the code I will be very happy & appreciative. If not & she chooses to, or has already given it to someone else, that’s ok too. They’re her codes & I’m just happy that she is kind & generous enough to share codes with the rest of us.

You may want to call customer service. Because even if you return the items you will not be refunded the shipping charges.

If you can get a valid SRC code you can have them delete the zero balance code, and add it to your order for the same total. I hope that helps.

Does anyone have any experience making returns on purchases that used Secret Rewards? I asked the live chat customer service and they said that the rewards will be credited back to the card used but I’m not sure if this is true… it seems too good to be.
Same thing happened to me 🙁 Somebody used the code but I went on the Victoria’s Secret chat. They were super nice and took the $10 off! Such a shame that people used the codes without thanking or saying that they used them.

Just thought I’d point out that sport bras are currently on sale for $30 and if you have an angel card, angeldec takes $15 off some of them. Making them $15.
