   This product made my dog vomit a couple of times. Guess not suitable for him (mini poodle)

   I would be careful with these as well – our chihuahua used to love the smallest ones, but ended up swallowing the end of the “toothbrush” when the piece became too small to chew from. It became a blockage in his stomach and ultimately had stomach surgery to remove it. After that we found there were many dog owners out there that have had similar problems.

  Thanks for the reviews ladies! I have a lab that has already gotten a corn cob lodged a few years back. Surgery was not cheap, at all!!! I will pass.

   We use gluten free dog food but the first ingredient in these is wheat.

   We used to use these and have switched to the Milk Bone brushing chews. I highly recommend those if anyone is looking for an alternative to Greenies. 🙂

  I don’t think there is any more of a risk with greenies than other treats. I have a beagle that devours everything and I’ve never had an issue…but donating to shelters is always good 🙂
