I think you’re thinking of the $15 off $50 sephora coupon that expired last weekend. There are some pretty good coupons for ulta though including a $5 off $10 or more and 20% off

Pharmchick… After you put the item in your cart you go to check out and you have to click in the promo box then type in GIFTSHIP to get free shipping. It will show up as free right before you check out.
Maybe ur doesn’t work on a phone? I added the dollar hair tie and the mufe eyeshadow pan then the promo code but I dunno why it keeps saying that it doesn’t qualify for giftship.

You don’t even have to add on anything else, it gave me free shipping with just the kit when I put in the code.

Just FYI, VIB Reward Cards supposedly expired on the 15th, but they are still actively working. I just used mine to take advantage of this deal.
